If I could give this place no stars I would. My friend, who has come across some bad luck, asked me if I could pay for her room for a couple days. At check-in, woman at front desk told me that there would be a $ 250 deposit on the room. I have stayed in many Econolodges and Choice Hotels and have never been treated in such a way. The woman stated it was «policy» but I have never been charged a deposit on any room I ever stayed at. I plan to contact the corporate offices to make a complaint. This is very unfortunate as I usually enjoy the service this company brings but this place is despicable in it’s treatment of potential customers. We went somewhere else.

I am giving this place 5stars because the general manager Kenny was very nice, professional and helpful despite the fact that they would not be able to accommodate us. There was a mix up with the availability of the room, which he handled perfectly. Thank you, General Manager Kenny B.

No bedside lamps.
Poorly fitted deadbolt that won’t close. (No valuables or I would’ve asked for another room)
Discovered later that the ill fitting door made it not very soundproof.
In short, won’t stay here again if I can help it.

Gave one star because I had to, the owner was the most horrible person. She has no respect for her customers nor individuals giving attitude and being disrespectful and rude. I wouldn’t be writing this review but she insulted my father which is out of the line. Stay away from this hotel !!!
