We had SUCH a great experience here! My mom and I got Groupons back in May for Mother’s Day, but only just got around to making appointments. I know they recently moved locations, but I can’t believe I’m still the first reviewer! The Groupons were each for a one-​hour facial and one-​hour massage.
We got a call the night before saying the second girl wouldn’t be able to make it, so we rescheduled the massages for another date and booked the facials back-​to-​back. The facility is beautiful — clean, tidy, well-​decorated. We had the earliest appointment time of the day (9am on a Saturday), but there was still a small crowd of regulars. Our esthetician, Dawn, whom I believe is the proprietor, was wonderful. She was so polite and apologetic (we got a gift certificate for the inconvenience of having to reschedule the massage), and very professional.
The facials themselves were glorious. It was the first time for both of us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She even sent us home with a little sample of the mask she used. She gave each of us a brief consultation about the proper care for our skin types, and wasn’t pushy about selling us any products or services.
Because we used a Groupon deal, when we left, she gave us coupons for 50% off our next massage. I can’t wait to go back — I have a feeling I’m going to be a regular here! My mom and I both highly recommend Expressions, and look forward to our next visit!
