As of this review I am still waiting on a reply email to my request, and it’s been 48hrs. When I was in the store, the staff seemed inconvenienced by my presence, weren’t very helpful, and when their computer crashed and I couldn’t get my proof, they said they’d email it shortly. I guess shortly was 24hrs later. When I asked for a change to the proof, I did not get a response, even after a day. When I emailed for an update, I still haven’t received a response. It shouldn’t take five days plus to get 35 invitations. I used them for my other 3 kids’ baptism invitations, which I got in 2hrs, but I am now going elsewhere for the 4th child’s. I had made a special trip to Fairfield, as I am now 25min away, and now I’m upset that I’ve wasted my time.
