Had lunch here today. Sat near the door, which was a mistake because it was always opening and closing as the lunch crowd came and went(it was cold today). I’ve been here four or five times and have always had the all-you-can-eat Mongolian BBQ lunch. There are other menu items to choose from(teriyaki, chow mein, wonton, fried rice, etc.) but I’m happy with the BBQ. The price for the lunch special is reasonable(around $ 10), it’s all you can eat, and you build your own meal using only the ingredients that you want. The noodles are great, the selection of meat is surprising(shaved slices of frozen beef, chicken, pork, or lamb) and there are lots of vegetables and condiments to pile on, too. It’s funny to watch people load up their bowl with noodles, slices of meat, veggies, garlic. and sauces as if they get only one trip to the cook stove. Not true, so take your time. You can fill your bowl several times– but don’t expect to take uneaten noodles home in a doggie bag unless you pay for it. Seating and atmosphere are basic– it’s a Chinese fast-food joint with tables and chairs. Don’t expect linen napkins, fresh flowers and candles on each table, and Sinatra playing on the stereo. But do expect to have a great meal for a small amount of money.

This place is definitely worth eating at. The veggies are always fresh and it’s all you can eat for 10 bucks. The selection is impressive! The rice is even cooked to perfection. Get here right when they open though cause they fill up fast! The tables are very close together so you might be able to eavesdrop on other parties conversations, vice versa though. This is definitely a «hidden gem.»

Everything was alright. Looks kinda dirty though. However, the cook… He added more sauce on top what I already added so my food was extremely salty. He also used sink water and poor it onto my food, the water from the station where they would wash their hand before start cooking. I don’t appreciate that. Use different type of water or don’t let me see it. Totally ruined day mood and appetite.

First visit exceeded my going in expectation. I came during a busy Friday lunch hour. Felt as though I had walked into a Travis AFB mess hall, what with all the Airmen & women in their distinctive digi-camo fatigues lol. For to go orders, you just grab a bowl and proceed to the beginning with the meats and noodles. The bowls here are noticeably larger than others at chain Mongolian spots like Great Khan’s. The meats look nearly identical to those supplied to the former Great Khan’s at the Fairfield Mall. The selection here is slightly more limited, perhaps as a way keeping prices low. No shrimp, tofu, corn cobbettes and only your more basic self-serve sauces. You get a huge meal for about $ 10! Actually makes 2 meals + they give you a small container of white rice. The cook was a cool dude and left my food on the grill a lil longer per my request. A lil off the beaten path if your center isn’t Travis AFB, but worth a visit.

Too pricy for just a chow me in that they call it Mongolian BBQ. If it cost me 12.22 for just a tiny box of chow me in, I will be better off buying it from Panda Express.

I love the veggie selection and am pleasantly surprised by how often they have kale and bamboo. My boyfriend eats a lot of chicken and dark greens, and he goes back for thirds almost every time we go. Their green tea is consistently the hottest and strongest I’ve tasted in a while. Great for digestion. The price changes for dinner, but ten bucks for an all-you-can-eat, healthy, and tasty lunch is awesome. Also, always happy to see our servicemen and women chowing down at this establishment :)

I’m sadly disappointed in this place. It’s owned by the same folks who used to own the Mongolian BBQ on Sunset in Suisun. That has been my family’s spot for years. Hands down my favorite place to eat. They’ve since sold that location and opened a BBQ only restaurant. This is an exciting concept since that’s all I ever ordered from the old spot. Unfortunately, the food is flavorless. :-(It all just tastes watered down, even the canned pineapples. The selection of ingredients is much smaller, too. I’m kind of sad. To make it even sadder, the owner didn’t remember my family and he’s known us at the old restaurant since my daughter was a newborn. He and I have had multiple conversations about his nephew who is the same age as my son. 2 stars for a great concept, but I hope they’ll get some flavor back in their food. I’ll come back again someday to try again just because it’s hard to not love Mongolian and it’s right outside of the base which is convenient since we are there pretty often. Cheap lunch. Only $ 5 for a kids portion. Hope for more flavor!

This is a fun restaurant and family friendly. The staff is nice. It works similar to a buffet. You grab a bowl and fill it with meat, noodles, and veggies. Create a sauce. Then take it to have it cooked in front of you. This was so fun and delicious! Great experience!

I always come here for lunch. They have an array of fresh ingredients. I wish they had brown rice. All you can eat is $ 10. I’ve ordered from the menu before and it’s pretty good. The staff is friendly. You can pay at the front which speeds up the process.

The service here is always amazing! Our host knows that we don’t eat rice, always has my husband’s spicy mustard & our ice tea’s ready for us by the time our food is cooked. Service is outstanding, staff are super friendly and always a favorite of ours to come to.

This was my first time here and I wasn’t impressed at all. I intended on ordering from Subway(right next door) but the aroma of the foods were so good from outside that I decided to walk in and place an order to-go. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice, and although it was ready in about 5 minutes or so, it didn’t taste any better than the sesame chicken from Panda Express. It was just really bland… nothing to get excited over, especially costing $ 8. Meh.

This is a very basic restaurant, the décor inside is falling apart and the food options are very limited. The quality of food is ok, nothing special. The service was good but it doesn’t make up for the average quality of the ingredients. $ 10 isn’t worth it. I would suggest trying your other off base options.

$ 10 for this? Nothing special here, and definitely not worth the money. Just another business that is lucky to be located right outside the Air Force Base.

Came in for lunch and really enjoyed the Mongolian AYCE. When you come here, you have the choice to order from the menu on one side of the restaurant, or do the Mongolian line on the other side. The staff there is very nice, friendly and on top of the service game. We really had fun going through the line a couple of times and creating new and different creations to eat. Good food and a lot of fun doing it for us. We will be back!

When it comes to Mongolian BBQ, oddly enough, there are a lot of options in this area. Fortunately for me, I know the best place to go when I’m jonesing and, since you’re reading this, you now know too! I like Fire Wok because it’s clean, both at the bar and at the tables. The veggies are usually fresh. The meat choices are typical. It’s all you can eat but if you do it right once is enough(oh, I love Mae West). I’ve never had anything off the menu but order away — it looked good going to other tables. Last time I was there I saw a $ 30 special that seemed pretty legit. Maybe next time. Heads up though: it gets crazy during lunchtime. A sea of BDUs courtesy of Travis AFB next door.

The best mongolian BBQ in the area. Seriously. We only come here for the all you can eat mongolian BBQ, so I can’t really comment on any of the menu items. Selection is pretty basic, but they do have items like pineapples and bean sprouts. They always keep the food area clean as well as the make your own sauce bar, right before you drop off your food to be cooked. There have been a couple times where the rice they served was crunchy– but more times where it’s cooked right. Limited seating area and it gets mad busy during lunch since it’s right outside base. No worries though, they bought the corner space right next door and have since opened it up so MORESPACE! Workers are extremely nice and polite, always a plus!

This was one of my favorite spots for lunch when I had time off of duty. I loved their Mongolian BBQ and how they cook it in front of you. The serving size is whatever you could manage to squeeze into a bowl and surprisingly. it was a lot. I was always fascinated by how they cooked it right then and there. adding those sauces, and stirring it. I always tipped them well too. The service was excellent, never had a complaint about it. Staff was courteous and prompt with their tasks. It sometimes gets PACKED but that’s how you know the place is good. A lot of times, it’s hard to get parking and the prices are kind of on the higher end. but I didn’t mind. You pay for what you get I guess.
