As others have said, this place isn’t easy to find… but it’s so worth it when you do. Their frozen pizzas are simple but so freaking good. I don’t understand how they do it. And treat yourself by getting their homemade mozzarella. If you have taste buds and aren’t lactose intolerant you’re going to love it. I also get their various flavors of ravioli and homemade pesto. All delicious. Can’t say anything bad about this place (once you actually find it).

My sister recommended to stop by and check it out. And it is a true gem located in the industrial area of Fairfield.
Great place to find handmade pizzas and olives from Italy. Loved the pizza, it cooked in about 10 minutes. The crust was not too thick and dough like. I also tasted a hint of honey.
There are various imported olives from Italy. You can taste them and see which you like. I also purchased the homemade pesto to take home. Fresh pasta is also available from a local vendor.
The woman there was also very helpful and kind.
Will plan on stopping by here again when in the area. Great find to purchase a picnic basket for the Napa wineries.

Love this little shop! So many yummy Italian foods! We picked up the gnocchi, the tiramisu, and the mozzarella! All were heavenly and repeatable! The owner is adorable too and very nice

Absolutely a hidden gem for Fairfield, Green Valley and surrounding areas. Their customer service was extraordinary. If you’re lactose intolerant, I highly recommend trying the Buffalo Mozzarella from Italy. It’s real cheese, incredibly delicious and makes the best pizza ever in life!!!

If you have not taken the time to find this place, do yourself a favor. DO it! It’s tucked away in the industrial complexes in Cordelia off of Lopes Rd. It is owned and operated by an Italian couple. They make their pizza and sauce from scratch and it’s seriously good.
The husband makes their Mozzarella Cheese from scratch on-​site. They have a fantastic selection of artisan cheeses, olives, cannoli and other Italian goodies. Some made right there and some imported.
They sell empty cannoli shells and they sell the filling to-​go in a pastry bag so you can fill them yourself at home.
I want to make special mention of their Tiramisu… to die for.
And their Cheesecake… seriously, the best I’ve ever had!

Delicious take home pizzas, wonderful fresh mozzarella, imported Sicilian olives, homemade pastries, locally-​made Molinari sausages and so much more, this place has got Italian food covered! From far and wide, made in Italy, made in the Bay Area to made at home. The owners are very friendly and generous people who can answer all your Italian culinary questions; they are originally from Sicily and they know their stuff! Give this place a try, it’s worth getting off the beaten path to find this gem!

We finally got around to heading out to this hidden gem. (I highly recommend using GPS and the looking at the building numbers to find this location!) When we entered, we were greeted by the owner and we started browsing. We ended up getting cheese, olives, salami, a frozen Margherita pizza, Lobster Ravioli, Alfredo Sauce, and a piece of cheesecake.
When we were talking to the owner he was telling us about the store and items in it. He insisted we sample some olives (which were delicious) and even gave us a free piece of Tiramisu. He was a very sweet, old school Italian like my Granny!
We came home and had the pizza for lunch. It was fantastic. Everything about it was fantastic and fresh! Even the BF who wants everything on his pizza said it was delicious! I’m super excited to try the rest of the food and I KNOW we will be going back! Mangia! Mangia!

Sweet shop, run by a honest Italian family. It’s hard to find but call if you get lost. Yummy tiramasu and amazing fresh mozzarella!

A Must if you like Cheese, Ravioli, olives, and Italian pastry/​cakes! Met Jazippi (miss spelled) he was so nice and friendly! Showed us around let us sample some olives, and took the time to get to know us! Just like an Italian Deli in New York, he lived in Brooklyn… Awesome. Stop by you will love it!

This place is amazing! Sad part is that it located in the most hidden and random places ever. Who would think to drive to huge warehouse buildings and go to the back areas and then find a small door that has its name on it.
The only reason I found this place was because I use to work across from here and my Employer would always buy his lunch here. I got curious and ventured out and it did take me a good 15mins to find it because the door and signs are not noticeable. Any ways, this place has delicious pizza for a decent price and also ravioli, lasagna, assortment of cheeses and even dessert. I believe everything is homemade and the couple that owns it are so polite and sweet! So if your ever in the area, drop by this place and help them out! Support small businesses, esp ones who make their own items from scratch. They also keep the pizzas frozen so you can buy a bunch and take it home. I’m def stocking up!

This place is by far my favorite hidden gem of the Green Valley/​Cordelia area! Every time I tell friends or co-​workers about them, I kick myself a little because I feel like I’m sharing a secret that I don’t want everyone to know about. But everyone should know about them because they’re so great!
One of my favorite parts about visiting Italy is going to the local grocery stores and picking up my favorite ingredients to bring back to the U.S. I get the same feeling when I visit Formaggi di Ferrante, without the 10 hour flight!
They have the best Burrata, and for such a great price! You can go to whole foods and pay $ 9.00 for about 5 – 6 ounces, or you can pay just under $ 3.00 for about 4 – 5 ounces here. (I could be off on the exact ounces, but very close)
The selection of antipasti items is incredible and so affordable. The frozen Pizza’s are absolutely out of this world and cannot be duplicated. I have friends with a brick pizza oven in their backyard, and even though these are frozen, they’re better!
I called a few weeks ago to see if they had Burrata in stock that afternoon, and they told me they did not, but they had fresh mozzarella. So we went anyways, knowing that I could use the fresh mozzarella instead of the Burrata. As we were walking in, one of the gentleman had just come through from the warehouse and found 4 – 5 packages of burrata and stocked the shelf! I couldn’t have been happier. I just love them.
Even though the location is hidden in a land of warehouses, it’s worth it. The prices are great, and the quality of the product is just amazing. Absolutely recommended!

So happy to have found the pizza I have been searching for since moving to Fairfield 25 years ago. AND bonus, it’s close to home. Crazy location deep in the industrial area of Cordelia but well worth it. Once you find it you’ll be back. Pizza like this for $ 8.00, best deal in town. f this caliber it is worth it. Plus you can pick up a few and keep them in the freezer, only takes 12 min. to cook in the oven. Highly recommend.

This place is almost unfindable. It is tucked away in the middle of an industrial park but they have great authentic Italian food. I got the margarita pizza and cannoli. Both were awesome. The place is a gem.

We came to find this place by searching cheese shops in the area. We would have never found this place of we hadn’t and I’m so happy we did. Yes it is secluded in the middle of warehouses and can be difficult to find if you don’t know the area, but well worth the search. Our first visit we got the mozarella, stuffed shells with crab and marinara sauce. Mozarella is the best mozarella I’ve ever had and they make it in house! So good on a bruschetta. The stuffed shells were okay, a little too fishy for my taste but the marinara was really delicious and fresh tasting.
The next time we came in we got three pizzas (sausage, pepperoni, and the margherita), mozarella of course, tiramisu, and cheesecake. OMG the pizzas were on point! The chew of the crust was perfect and not at all too doughy. The cheese on the pizza had that perfect texture and stringyness you want when eating a pizza and the sauce delicious! Even though they were already pre cooked and frozen, it didn’t taste like your pre boxed grocery store pizza brand in the freezer section. A must get for anyone coming here. Glad we got to try all the flavors!
Their tiramisu was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet and not too much coffee. It tasted decadent but light at the same time. Will definitely buy again.
The cheesecake, wow. Soft and airy but rich! Something that airy doesn’t seem rich, but it was very good.
I love how each thing sold here has no frills. There are not tweleve toppings on one pizza and yes there isn’t too much of a selection of cheeses here, but everything that I’ve tried here has been delicious and I appreciate them perfectly executing what they are good at.
Great spot to try if you haven’t. Still need to try their cannolis because they fill it for you in store!

Amazing! We finally got a chance to to stop by this small gem today. It’s very secluded, but so worth it! We walked in and we’re greeted by a sweet Italian man, and given great service. We told him it was our first time there, and he went all out to make us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back, their pizzas are top notch.

This place is pretty much the epitome of the phrase, «hidden gem.» I cannot emphasize the word hidden enough because you will not find this place unless you came to the area with the explicit reason of finding delicious cheeses and pizzas. If the later is what you hoped to accomplish, they are hidden away in an industrial center with a modest sign informing you that they are a cheese store.
The store was less store like than I thought. Not much style to the place, but it serves it purpose just fine. Boy does it ever.
Let’s talk about what really matters; the food. Upon entering I was approached by a very friendly woman, who is apparently one of the owners. This store is run by a husband and wife I believe. At any rate she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was carrying a fresh batch of pizzas to the fridge. Don’t let the phrase «take and bake» throw you for a loop because these are some of the best pizzas I have had. Certainly this store sells the best take away pizzas ever. Their pizzas were the best pizzas I have had for a long time and I’m saying that sober. Sure pizza always taste great drunk, but their pizzas need no enhancers. Best of all the pizzas are only ~$ 8
I now know where to go in Fairfield for my pizza fix. I never thought that a place like this would open in Fairfield, but I’m very glad that they did. I want to see them thrive, so I’m telling everyone about them and you should do the same after going.

This family owned and operated cheese shop excited and blew our minds! My sister and I followed the «pizza» signs here two days ago and left with full bellies and goodie bag full of Italian treats! The family was super friendly, knowledgable and excited about what they do. They make such a yummy, authentic pizza with handmade mozzarella. We will be back to see our new friends soon! :)

I am in love with this place.
I have been here 3 times now and always leave with so much stuff. Pizzas, meats, cheeses, desserts. and I have loved everything I have gotten so far.
First off, I want to note the helpfulness of the staff! The man and woman who work here are so sweet and excited about their products, they joke with you, answer all your questions, and are excited that you have come to patronize their business. They are genuinely nice people.
I am amazed at their products. Everything I get here is authentic, which I appreciate. They have awesome pizzas which are so cheap, easy to prepare, and made from real ingredients, not your like your typical nasty Digiorno-​esque pizza. I have bought so many of their meats as well, which make some of the best Italian sandwiches. They have a great olive selection as well, which you can sample! I’ve also gotten their basil pesto, which was amazing when incorporated into risotto. Their cheesecake was light and fluffy, and their traditional Sicilian cake (Cassatella?) was out of this world was so out of this world, I had to go back to buy another before they sold out. But the BEST part about this place is their fresh mozzarella which they make themselves! I could eat a whole ball of it myself. It is so creamy, soft, and delicate. It is truly the best fresh mozzarella I’ve had.
I am so glad to have found this place. I anticipate that I will be back quite often, if not weekly. I really want to see this place succeed, since the owners are so friendly and helpful. I can tell that they are passionate about their products, as they should be since they sell real food, nothing artificial. Both the people and the products are genuine and authentic. Simply amazing.
