Definitely try Head to Tail. Great all-​around service experience. Brought in 2 dogs — one for the works and one just to get nails clipped. The dog in for the nails didn’t even make a peep, so they are very good with dogs. Normally she goes crazy. The other dog in for the works was totally happy and prancing around when I picked her up. They squeezed me in without an spot and called me right when they said they would to pick them up. Prices were reasonable and everyone there was happy and pleasant. I called around earlier to one of the animal hospitals and it was like they were doing me a favor to groom my dogs. Not a good service experience. Definitely check Head to Tail.

Ask for Tara, she is the best groomer :)
I take the train up from Stamford just to come here. Great location a few 100 yards or so from the Fairfield train station. Drop the pooch off and enjoy a morning/​afternoon wandering around the many shops and eating establishments.
