Heritage Pest Control

Finding a reliable pest control company proved difficult when I started hearing noises in my attic and finding debris in my driveway. Heritage Pest Control was the light at the end of the tunnel to my animal control search.
Before finding Heritage Pest Control online, I called and left messages to 4 pest removal companies. 2 of the 4 called back and only one could give me a window when a technician would show (The other never promised to call back with one but never did). I was given an over the phone quote for the price of setting and removing traps. The window was 12PM to 8PM and a representative never showed, nor contacted me to cancel. Instead of going to work, I sat and waited all day only the be forgotten about. Toss that into the scheduled appointment horror story bucket.
The following day, I started by calling Heritage Pest Control, the next pest removal company on my list. I indicated that this was the second day in my search for an estimate, and I would need an appointment as soon as possible. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone advised he would do his best, and it might not be possible to get a same day appointment because of an increase in calls (Honest business that no other company had the courtesy of doing). Sure enough he found an availability for one of his technicians to be at my house that day. The window they gave: 2PM to 4PM. I was a bit skeptical because, come on, the last guy had 6 more hours and didn’t show.
Lucky me! At 2:15PM Rick showed up to give me a Heritage Pest Control estimate. I went over a bit of background on my issue and mentioned the trap quote the other company gave me. Rick proceeded to do a swift visual inspection, laddering to the gutters. Squirrels. Rick thoroughly explained how traps will not solve this problem like the other company suggested. He rather stated that Heritage provides a more in depth prevention service so I wouldn’t have to call back to have the squirrels removed every month. He gave me a written quote and scheduled the appointment to remove the pests and prevent them from returning.
Heritage Pest Control was superb with handling my estimate. All other pest removal companies ignored my calls, provided incorrect details and phony appointment windows, and showed genuinely inept service. I look forward to our scheduled appointment, and employing Heritage to solve my pest problem.

These guys are great. We had them come investigate and solve a mouse problem, and signed up for one of their yearly packages. Although it was a bit pricey, they come out at a moment’s notice at the sign of any problems with no charge. They are always punctual, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them. And, more importantly, we have not seen a mouse since!
