Update: I sent the requested information to this person from the company 12 days ago… No response. Nothing. Sent a second email to another person, heather, and still no response. DONOTPURCHASE anything from this company. Horrific. I will update… But it just gets worse. Keep in mind they have all of our money.

This company was/is a nightmare to work with. First the dining set we ordered was back ordered a month which then turned out to be much longer than a month. Then a few months later when it came time to delivering they tell you the night before if they will come in the morning or afternoon so you have to make sure you don’t make any plans for the whole day. If they do show up and you aren’t there they will come back but will charge you another delivery fee. So be prepared to waste a whole day waiting. I finally got my delivery and one of the chairs was broken. Instead of replacing the chair they made me make an appt for someone to come and try to fix it. Another few weeks a man showed up and like I told them it was not fixable. So now its 1 month later and I still have not heard from anyone to try and get my chair replaced. I have now been on hold with customer service trying to get through for 30 minutes so far and Im still caller #4 which I have been since I first called. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Paid over $ 1000 for a dinette set. They did not deliver in the agreed 4 hour window and were turned away by my building management. They refused to come back for two weeks. When they finally did deliver, they did not balance the table or chairs. We called every day for a week for repair(we did have the protection plan) and our calls were not returned. When we left a message that we were calling the Better Business Bureau and were going to dispute the charges on our credit card, we received a return call that said they would come out in two weeks. I will never go back to Huffman Koos again.

IF I COULDGIVE0STARS I WOULD. I ordered a dining room set 3 months ago from this showroom. The salesperson cindy said that my hutch was back ordered for three weeks. I agreed to the back order and a separate delivery of my table and chairs. two weeks later i was given a window of 12 – 4 and had to wait until 8 pm for the truck to come. I called the manager frank who replied«i can’t control time lady». when the delivery came i got a set of chairs that were damaged and mismatched. i refused the delivery upon arrival and called frank who said«well they were supposed to check it i don’t know what you want me to do»(i guess he doesn’t understand the role of a manager). The same night i called the corporate offices and left a message. I received no call from the fairfield store or corporate so i called corporate again two days later. I was then told to speak with janet who would help me to locate the hutch and the new chairs for my dining room. Janet said my furniture was on a container and it has yet to arrive and asked that i give her two weeks time to rectify it. two weeks later i called and she still did not know where any of the furniture was even though they have $ 4200 of my money. I called the manager frank and he dodges my calls every time. I finally called corporate and said i wanted my money back and janet said give her until june 30th to look into it. I called back today after her promised time and now they pretend they don’t know me. end result BUYERBEWAREBADPRODUCTANDHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! i now have to go through a dispute to get my money back. this place is a nightmare! Update* The new manager Carey asked me to give them one final chance to deliver today or they would refund me. My window was from 7 – 11 am and they promised I would be the first delivery. At 10:30 I called and spoke with Jolene the delivery manager who told me my furniture never made it on the truck!!! And guess what– they don’t know when they will get it. Carey promised me a full refund if they could not deliver and said he would reschedule for Saturday– the furniture came with a missing chair and another chair with a split leg! Even though they promised they would refund me they won’t answer any of my calls. There is absolutely nothing that would keep me from staying with this company even if the furniture was free. The director TED B who said he would help in this review didn’t have the decency to pick up the phone to speak with me and had a receptionist tell me he won’t give a refund even though I have no furniture! DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHISCOMPANY! And if you are stupid enough to do it use a credit card so you are covered when you realize how terrible they are! I’m calling BBB and will continue to post here and their other social media sites until my money is refunded.

Two words… STAYAWAY! This place is a total shame. My wife and I ordered new bedroom furniture for our daughter about 6 months ago. What was supposed to be 3 – 4 four weeks max ended up being 3 months. The furniture that was delivered was completely wrong and incomplete. The delivery people said they are not allowed to put it back on the truck. We would have to call the store to schedule a pickup. We called the store and explained we had received the wrong furniture. They proceeded to email us a copy of what we signed off on. What we signed was an illegible photocopy and we could not see the picture clearly. It never crossed our minds that they were having us sign for the wrong furniture. All sales are final and even though they had us sign for the $ 5000 worth of wrong furniture we were stuck with it. Now… we still have not received the desk that they forgot to order. The manage said he would sell us the desk at cost because of their mistake. After another two months we called and the manager is never available and they have no record of what we are talking about. We are now in month six with the top part of the desk sitting on the floor but still no desk to put it on. This place is a disgrace and they are all a pack of liars.
