Hard to find with the GPS because it’s behind a strip mall. I was actually headed to Magnify Brewing and went into the wrong door. I was glad I did. Met the owner. Great tour and description of his products. Tasting was great. Loved the rum and gin and bought a bottle of each. Looking forward to the bourbon coming out later this year.

Had an absolute blast tonight with John and Sue — they gave us the royal treatment! John talked with us about the process and even gave us a tour of the distillery. They signed my bottles that I purchased, and the gin is wonderful! Will be back for the aged whiskey and just to hang out. Come visit these guys!

Had the pleasure of sampling the Vodka straight up. Smooth with a slightly floral finish. Surprising good. Moved to the Moscow Mule and Watermelon Martini, both expertly prepared and flavorful. Well done folks! Looking forward to your «expansion» spirits. Definitely worth a visit, or two, or three…

Got a groupon for a tour and tasting which was cool. Learning how rum, whiskey, gin, and vodka is made was cool. What was better than the tour was the many varieties of liquor. Great flavors, interesting cocktails, and awesome vibes.

I love the place — first of all the owners treat you like family and are very spirited (hee hee) about their new business. It’s fun to hear how they have created their business and the passion they have.
Here’s the skinny — getting to see how spirits are made is really cool, but the atmosphere at the bar is the best. They make these awesome drinks that are different than you have ever had and it really becomes a ‘tasting’ because everyone is bragging that their choice is the best! It’s really a lot of fun.
So I had this watermelon martini with cucumber infused vodka when the opened and I swear it was the best cocktail I ever had (seriously…the best I can remember). Recently I went back and had the pumpkin ghost (I think that was the name) and it was like a pumpkin white russian — it was delicious! We tried a bunch of their spirits like ‘hooch’ and other infused ones and had a blast. I ‘liked’ them on facebook and it seems they have new things to try all the time.

Fantastic experience all around! Had a great time conversing with the customers and employees! The cocktails were excellent and the tour was very informative, can’t wait to go back!

Stopped by Magnify Brewing next store and when we pulled in saw Jersey Spirits in the storefront next to it, we vowed to stop by when we were done with our beer. We sat at the bar for just one drink and 3 drinks each later we were hooked (Jersey Mule, Moscow Mule, Pink Lemonade, Barnegat Lemonade, Ginger Cosmo, and the Cucumber Gimlet) — each made with their own whiskey or vodka (or a flavored variation). The bartender and the owner also offered us complimentary tastings of a few of the liquors they had — the flavored vodkas and their own version of Fireball cinnamon whiskey (100x’s better). We had a tour by John who explained their whole distilling process. I was very impressed with the flavor of every drink we had and the quality of the liquor. Staff was very friendly and we spent a good 4 hours there just hanging out. My boyfriend and I had a great time talking to the owner and bartender and the other patrons. We’ll definitely be back for opening weekend.

This place is awesome as well as the family that runs it. It’s great to see people’s start. I can see this place going far. They have the smoothest Whiskey I have ever tried. You taste a little bite of it and it disappears as you swallow. It’s crazy, absolutely no aftertaste. The cocktails here are insane! You have to try the Moscow Mule AMAZING! You don’t taste the alcohol in the drinks but you will definitely feel the buzz.
