Greedy, miss leading, unable to call the attorney when there was obviously a difference in communication, rude and prude.
Long story short they (both of them) tried to charge me for something that was going to be no charge… Client satisfaction is not there priority… getting your money is… news flash if I was in your office I was ready to pay for services and become a new client from a living trust they originally created.
But the greedy ladies at the counter ruined that for you. I will take my money and business elsewhere.

I have utilized the offices of Knight & Knight many times, and I can say unequivocally I do not hesitate to refer them to clients, family and friends.

I see that the firm has received some bad reviews, most of them come across with high emotion as if their outcome did not pan out as expected. I would recommend a consultation with David and Wayne to draw your own conclusions.

I have experience with both attorneys and they are not worth your time.
It is not just that they are sleazeballs willing to lie and do whatever it takes to win, but they are also incompetent. During our trial, Mr. Knight was constantly told to stop, that he was incorrect, etc. If you ask any other lawyer, bailiff, court worker about this pair they will all say the same thing. Go somewhere else.
They do not specialize in any one area, this is the first red flag. Unless you are finding a new startup lawyer just out of college, you want someone who is a specialist in one field. The fact that they switch from estate, personal, family to criminal just proves how untested they really are. They have been in business for a long time and they are still not very successful or focused on one area of the law.
I would never ever recommend them based on my experience with them. I only wish all those who have been burned by them would Unilocal them or leave feedback online because their negative feedback would skyrocket.

I used this firm, for child custody issue. If you have a spouse willing to lie, this attorney will not protect you! Lost my children to a lying addict mother! This lawyer is bad! Stay far away from this one!

Incompetent with rude employees, I would never use this firm for anything ever again. Do yourself a favor and find an attorney that cares and does a quality job for there 33%.

We had to fire Wayne Knight. We believe he was not attentive to our case. He and his legal aid overlooked many important details that cost us so very much in money, time, primary custody, and stress. His legal aid even sided a bias toward the opposing party. I am sad that he was a waste of our money to us. In our case, he was not about service. In my opinion, when paying for a service that isn’t done right, you should get a refund or compensated for the lack of.
Thank goodness we found an attorney that fixed his mistakes.

Best service ever! Our family needed to file for bankruptcy due to business debt and medical expenses. We are unfamiliar with the laws and what to do or even how to go through the process. David was so helpful he spent extra time with us and gave us timelines to complete things and called to check in on our progress. He even helped us to get our credit reports and to do the required classes. His secretary was just as helpful, she called to be sure I had all my papers with me for the hearing. They even provided me with a map to the court house.
When the Trustee was concerned about some of my property David was able to provide the information accurately and his credibility with the courts administrator came through. She completed believed him and his competency which made it much easier on us. I hope to never need his services again, except for his help with Estate planning and such like.
I highly recommend him for your bankruptcy needs. He’ll take great care of you and help you to put your life back on track.
