Prices are great for everyday clothes, but the return line needs more than 1 person running it at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon! My day is wasting away in this line!!! I will think again before coming to this location. Workers are great, it is a management staffing issue.

I really love this Kohl’s location. I’ve visited at least 10 times and even at busy Christmas times during their 24 hour events and their store is always very tidy and organized. That’s pretty difficult for any department store especially during promotional sales around Christmas. They always have a large variety of selection from regular items and clearance sale items. I really have never seen this place anything other than organized which I can’t say enough how much I love seeing that, and I know other shoppers do also. Because it’s organized you can always find what you’re looking for and search through racks for that perfect item. Their staff is courteous. My only recommendation is maybe some sales floor presence with staff to at least ask customers how they’re doing. I think my only interaction is always with the cashier. Still love it though.

I’m glad to have this Kohl’s store available. I’ve found a lot of them to be smaller than this one. It’s amusing when they call for cashiers to the «men’s» cash registers since they often don’t have a set of doors over by the men’s area.
I like Kohl’s because of their merchandise, not necessarily because of their constant (and sometimes, confusing) sales. Their Apt. 9 towels are amazing. Of course, when you get them on discount and shop with a Kohl’s credit card, you end up with 70% off or something like that. In reality, can they afford to do that? Of course not. They’re still making something, I’m sure.
Their clearance racks are usually good, although you have to be there the right week to get what you want. OCD helps! My adoptive grandma used to shop so much, my mum called it «taking inventory» and that’s how to best shop Kohl’s and Target and Big Lots.
In any case, they have a lot. Knowing how things change is your best weapon when shopping, especially at Kohl’s.

We go to this store a few times a year, including when I take my nieces/nephew to get their first-day-of-school-outfit. They have a much better selection for boys than most other stores. For this trip, the only downside is that they didn’t have much available for Fall clothes in the girls section, they were all pretty much short sleeves. The people were nice throughout the store.
I do have a Kohls charge and receive discount coupons through the mail — this week I had received a 30% off coupon (the highest they send out), which was awesome. I never buy anything regular price. Kohls is known for their constant sales, so you can usually find something pretty inexpensive there.
I shop at Kohl’s where I live; it’s one of my favorite stores to find inexpensive nice clothes and other items.

Depending on how you assess value, Kohl’s isn’t a bad deal. I wouldn’t buy at regular retail price though. This store is a nice sized store with a good selection, but they don’t carry anything clothing wise in my size, which is disappointing since other stores in the area carry things in my size.
I would normally give Kohl’s a 4^th star, but I don’t think we’ve been into this Kohl’s that the checkout lines weren’t slow. Well, maybe when no one is in the store. It’s a good store, and the people are polite, it’s just really slow checking out. That, and they always want me to sign up for their credit card.
