Passable food with horrible customer service! Stopped by with a party of 6 and were told we had to sit in the bar because the restaurant side tables only sat 5. We agreed, not knowing this meant the bartender had to double as our waiter. And boy did we wait! Twenty minutes after sitting down we finally got our drinks. Another 20 minutes before our orders were taken — and then we had to chase down the bartender to order! The only waitress in the place sat at the bar chit-​chatting with friends. She «couldn’t» wait on us because were in the bar! The food was decent, but getting hamburgers and a taco salad took well over two hours! Pro tip: wait on your customers!

Wow, where do I start? Service started off so-​so and got worse. They were out of sour cream!!! They were rude, understaffed and the food was only passable. If you are stranded and by stranded, I mean you can’t leave the property, eat there, if you have both legs eat somewhere else.

Kokomos Kafe is connected to the Best Western Hotel. Two stars for leaving full. Had chef’s suggested steak. Steak was smaller than advertised and over cooked some but the taste was fine. Salad was a little limp and the baked potato was old, dry and hard. Service was friendly.
