My husband and I just moved to Vacaville and were looking for a King and a queen mattress for our new home. Dan showed us around from the get go and gave us all the information we needed. He was patient with us as we tried out multiple mattresses and kept us updated with each mattresses’ characteristics. We ended up buying both the mattresses from here and because Dan was such a great person to deal with we didn’t feel like going anywhere else. The little research that we did do, revealed that Mancini was offering the best deal!
Received the mattresses yesterday. The delivery went smoothly and the guys who had come to deliver were really helpful with moving around old mattresses and boxes. Very pleased with our purchase!

We came in not expecting to buy anything. We were immediately greeted and acknowledge unlike a few place we had gone to. We had checked out Sleep Train, Sears and more. Alicia Scott helped us out. She was very knowledgable and helpful. She worked with our budget and even gave us a killer deal. We expected to get just a mattress, ended up with a mattress, platform for our mattress, and frame for less than what others were offering just for a mattress.

We came into Mancini’s because of the AD for the perfect sleeper sale. Alicia and Scott assisted us and offered us snacks and water and gave us good pricing on everything. The mattress was on sale for 1399 and they still gave us a better deal than that. They gave us the best box spring frame for the price of the low end frame. They even threw in some free king size pillows. I highly recommend this place. If your looking for a new mattress ask for Alicia or Scott and they will for sure take care of you!

We went to get a new mattress today since our old ones is horrible! We got there and was greeted by 2 people which both are very nice and the one that helped us was Dan, he helped us the whole time and did not rush us at all! He not only brought every pillow for us to try until we found the right one he even was able to get us same day delivery! He is awesome! We brought our one year old to the store and Dan was really nice and offered candy and toys to him to keep him busy while we find the one mattress! Best experience ever!
definitely will refer our family to him!

Me and my mother went in to look at some beds. Dan the manager helped us and he was great. We first looked at tempur-​pedic and thought they were just too much, so looked at some other memory foam beds, icomfort. These beds are great and half the price. Dan wasnt pushy at all like some salesmen can be. I would definitley recommend stopping by here to look at beds!

I’d like to thank John for all his help and knowledge he gave to me when I went in to purchase my adjustable bed. His professionalism was outstanding. Thank you John and if I ever need a new or another bed I will definitely come back to the Fairfield store. Also I was concerned if my new bed would fit into my old bed frame and the delivery man, Miner, did a fabulous job in getting my new bed to fit. Thank you both for an outstanding job!!!

I have nothing but good experiences here. Simar helped us with the perfect mattress. We walked in towards the end of the night. We weren’t rushed at all. We actually came back the next day to purchase another item. Also the delivery was great. You can’t beat free delivery and free disposal of your mattress.

Horrible customer service. Went in the store, 2 employees on computers and phone, we were the only ones in there. After a few minutes, one emloyee came over and pointed to a row of mattresses and daid start here, i will be with you in a minute. None of the prices looked good, all very expensive models on the floor, then after a few more minutes, No one bothered to help us, we just walked out. Found a great deal elsewhere with wonderful service. Very disappointed in mancinis, I bought my last mattress at another location before and had a way better experience… Such a shame.

It seems like things have changed judging by the reviews below because I came in needing a ladder for a bunk bed and the owner gave me one FREE OF CHARGE! It’s worth noting that the ladder is in excellent condition! I highly recommend this Mancini’s and was blown away by the customer service! So RUN don’t walk to this place. I promise you won’t regret it!

We bought our mattress here over the 4th of July weekend. This was a good place to start our mattress shopping process as Tim was very informative and helpful in determining the kind of bed we found comfortable and the difference between mattresses. We did not purchase immediately as we had just started to shop around and we had our newborn with us. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision. We ultimately returned and Tim was patient and accommodating, as we were still trying to decide between a couple different mattresses.
Free delivery occurred within the time window promised. They quickly set up our bed and took one of our old mattresses.

I purchased a new bed to replace my 20yr sealy about a month ago.
The service was excellant! I believe it was the store manager that helped me. He was courtious and very attentive to what I needed.
Delivery was fast and efficient and the people were pleasant.
This was my first experience with Mancini’s and have and will continue to recommended them to friends.
All I can say is that I should have done it sooner. I’m sleeping like a baby.
