My Fairytale Endings

Ahh, they were ok. Few issues.
Difficult to get an email response after I placed order.
I got the wrong colored jump house, not that big of a deal but why give an option if your just going to get what they give you.
Ordered warming trays and it was missing one of the burner fuel containers. Tried to contact owner but of course no call back so had to do without. I told owner I wanted glitter tattoos because of the number of kids so after the character got there the next thing I knew I saw all the kids having there entire faces painted and ended up having to pay for extra time.

5 stars once again. Alma is great to work with, she is patient and talented with all the kids. I highly recommend her for kid parties. This time I added the balloon twisting and it was a hit. We will be calling them for years to come.

I don’t even know where to begin with how horrible this business is to work with. I’m not sure what the worst part was, the fact that all my rentals arrived 2 hours later than scheduled and after my party had started, or the complete and total apathy of the business owner. No call to apologize, no remorse for the mistake and a generally rude attitude about the whole situation was all I received from her. Then to add the cherry on top of the whole situation the cotton candy machine I ordered that I repeatedly asked if the rental included a stand and was told it did, arrived without one and barely worked. I was lucky to get one batch out of the poor quality machinery they delivered. As a small business owner myself I know that this is no way to run a business and I feel sorry for anyone who deals with this company who STILL have not contacted me or returned any of the messages I left them. Proceed with caution, they are clearly unprofessional and could care less about customer satisfaction.

Any type of party service you need Fairy Tale Endings is the best. Had them last year do face painting for my daughters birthday after seeing their work at another party and they were a hit! They even stayed 20 minutes after what i had booked them for to take care of last minute guests. I am having them this year for face painting, balloon twisting and renting a cotton candy machine and tables and chairs from them for the greatest price around. I would for sure recommend using them for your party needs.

So far Alma has been very helpful and informative …”Now we have had the bounce house and Alma and her husband Got it to us early and we had great fun as well as the best price avail… She also rents tables chairs cooton candy and such and I will make sure and use this place for our future party needs.
