Great service during today’s visit. Food was tasty and piping hot. Attentive to refills, brought box and even bag for leftovers.

It’s Olive Garden– not the best or most authentic Italian in town, but a solid value. Service seems to be very quick most of the time and I have to admit the house dressing is probably my favorite thing here. It’s a corporate restaurant for certain and I’m sure the extra salt chains use doesn’t hurt their drink sales any… I’ll go here if it’s where everybody else wants to eat, but otherwise pass usually.

Very good as always! Great promotion right now. Ask for Richard or Christian. Going home stuffed with leftovers.

Olive garden is always a good time with great food but it is an even better experience with their new $ 4 apps and toasted marshmallow martini. The martini is seasonal, but I’ve gotten the apps twice now and they are consistently delicious. The chicken meatballs were kind of spicy but moist and flavorful. I did not like the risotto balls, they said there was cheese in them but I did not taste it. My fave was the chicken spiedlini which is cut up grilled chicken with either alfredo sauce and brucschetta or marinara. i chose the alfredo. And the torellini is to die for. It is a great small plate together for a snack or light dinner. Always a party when theres ladies night.

We sat at the bar on this visit, and the bartenders were fantastic. Although it was a super busy night in the dining room, the bar was totally empty. We were seated immediately. The bartenders treated us so great, it’s as if I already knew them. Seriously, they were fantastic. Our food came out super fast, tasted good, etc. The only thing I did notice is that they were running out of stuff left and right. They even ran out of Coke! It didn’t affect us, but I’m sure there were some unhappy customers there for sure. I think someone hadn’t planned ahead, because it’s pretty random to run out of one of the most popular beverages sold. I would go back to this location if I’m having a craving for some chicken and gnocchi soup, and I’d definitely sit at the bar again for that level of service. Fantastic.

The service was very attentive, noise level was low, prices were fair, portions were large and the food was delicious. The lobster cannelloni was scrumptious and the stuffed mushrooms while small were very tasty. Not much to dislike.

Not to satisfied with this place. I do have to put out there first, that the waitstaff was great! I sat at the bar, but had the full service. The bartenders and servers I interacted with were great! They were not like some of those monotone people that only interact with you to get your order and what not — they were actually conversational! And the bar tender was good to recommend wines and even let me sample! The food was sub-par. I ordered the Zuppa Toscana soup — a soup that I have loved since my first visit to Olive Garden year and years ago. I get this instead of the salad, and had two bowls, but it was not a full bowl either time it came out, and I know this is nit-picky, but the soup spoon is way to small — it makes it a chore to eat! The entrée was ok. The plate was really hot, but the food did not echo that — it was lukewarm. Still worth eating, but not expected. I had them add cheese that they offer for all their dishes, but was surprised that there was not already cheese on it. After getting through about a quarter of the dish, I found said cheese. It had all meted together and was at the bottom of the plate under all the pasta. Not too thrilled about that.

I have always been a fan of Olive Garden’s unlimited soups and salad lunch, but somehow this place didn’t match up to any of the other ones I have been to before. Considering the fact that this is a chain restaurant, I am actually quite surprised by how different their soups tasted compared to those that I have had in other Olive Gardens. FOOD: Stuffed Mushroom Appetizer: This is a heavier dish than I expected, but it was pretty tasty! LOVE stuffed mushrooms. I’m not really sure what they put in there but I’m pretty sure there are bits and pieces of seafood of some sort. Chicken Gnocchi Soup: Gnocchi was a little bit on the hard and doughy side for me, but my friend was OK with it. The soup itself was good but slightly on the salty side. Minestrone Soup: This soup was too salty for my tastes. Not sure if it’s tailored to the taste buds of the Midwest, but definitely not for me. It also lacked substance. Whereas the minestrone soups I had previously were loaded with amazing veggies sprinkled with pasta, the soup I had here consisted mostly of an overly salty red liquid with the occasional veggie bit and pasta shell. I’m pretty sure my blood pressure shot up to ungodly levels by the time I finished my soup. Salad & Bread Sticks: No surprises here! These were pretty much the only two things that was consistent with the rest of the restaurant chains. SERVICE: EXTREMELY slow service, but it might have just been our server since we saw many of the other servers checking their tables regularly. The server was nice, but it just took a VERYLONG time to bring out our soup, salad, and bread sticks. I’m pretty sure they don’t cook our soups fresh when we order them, so I’m not quite sure what the issue was. They definitely weren’t making a new batch either because we saw other people with their soups. It also took forever to get our second soup and I sat with an empty water cup for practically my whole meal. Not cool since everything was so SALTY. If this was any other restaurant, I would be pretty sure that I wouldn’t be coming back again based on this experience, but I know what Olive Garden is supposed to taste like and this place can definitely do better. So this place gets one more chance because I love nothing more than unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks for under $ 8 on a cold and rainy day. Please don’t break my heart again Olive Garden.

Good service, and it was our best experience at an Olive Garden. The food was cooked perfectly and reasonably priced as usual. The service was particularly friendly, our server(Morgan) was very nice and accommodating to my food intolerances. Only didn’t make 5 stars for me because it was a little slow, it seemed that their staff may have been a little short that night, although it was a busy Friday night.

On par with most Olive Gardens I have been to in the past. Not the best. Not the worst. Could work on speed of service.

As Olive Gardens go, this location doesn’t even have the mediocre qualities common for the chain. The service is slow and lacking in friendliness, the food is unexciting, and the interior atmosphere is lackluster. A few of their dishes are really good and are hard to mess up, so they get a few points for the menu. And who could hate endless salads and breadsticks? But this isn’t your local Italian restaurant created with love and a true concern for taste. Look elsewhere for that.

If you’re going to eat at a chain particularly for lunch this is the place to go. Olive Garden gets a lot of flack but honestly their prices are reasonable and there is usually very little wait. It is an excellent place for a a biz lunch as it’s easy to carry on a conversation and they can accommodate large parties. If I have to eat at a chain — this is where I go.

I’ve been satisfied with the food and service on every trip. We also frequently use their carry out service. Once they forgot to put the breadsticks in the order. Called and manager sent us a card for a free dinner. Works for me.

We wanted a quick yet filling dinner, so we head on over to OG y’day. Tuesday night, not typically busy and it wasn’t. We were seated rather quickly, got a half smile and no introduction from server. Pretty much threw coasters at us. She took our drink order and tell me why it took 10 minutes to get our drinks? It was just water and tea! Anyhow, this is what sent us out the door. We placed our dinner order and yet again it took a full 10 minutes to get our salad and breadsticks, but wait, she took drinks, salad and breadsticks to a 2 person party that had arrived well after us before she even got to us. At this point we decide to leave, get up and offer to pay for drinks. The server had a confused look on her face, a bit shocked and refused our offer to pay for drinks. Her customer service skills, how you say, SUCK! It was not a busy night and she should have been accommodating! No one should not have to wait more than 5 minutes for drinks along with staggered and poor service.
