I love Palooza! I’ve been shopping there for years, and Carol is so sweet, personable and helpful! She always helps me find the perfect gift for a friend or event, artwork or decorative items for my home, and the most creative but affordable framing for photos or art. We are moving from the area, but I will continue to order from Carol as she said she can just ship to me! Palooza has a beautiful assortment of artwork, dishware, candles, pillows and lots of other things. And her framing is expertly done.

Wow, I could not disagree more with the other review. I have had nothing but pleasant exchanges with Carol, the owner. she has gone out of her way for me to be helpful and accommodating. I think her store carries beautiful items and I have never been disappointed when I have gone in looking for a hostess gift. I recommended the store to another Fairfield friend, and she has gone back several times for custom framing of photographs and has always been very pleased with the results.

Avoid this store!!! The store is not unique and does not carry anything that I haven’t seen at other local stores or even on the internet. The owner is very mean and obnoxious. The first time I went in her store she was outright rude. I should have known better than to return. I did return to order something that I easily could have gotten online (my mistake), but ended up cancelling order due to the owner’s horrible attitude. Customer service is not her forte. Everything she sells you can get at local interiors boutiques. Anything she makes on her own, you can make yourself. She is awful & treats people poorly. Don’t shop there! Head to Barbaba, Barbara or Bungalow or Dovecote, etc…
