I have been working with Pinnacle Stone and Tile to replace a cracked piece of granite on my windowsill above my kitchen sink. They took my sample granite piece, pictures, and measurements and returned with a perfect matching replacement. It looks better than the original. Sara and Jason have been great to work with and just wanted to ensure I was a happy customer no matter what; they have been so patient with me and I am a hard one to please. They were always on time to their appointments and ready to work. If you allow this company to do what they do best you will be a happy customer in the end!

I used this company based upon a recommendation. I would never use them again. They have my slab, quoted me an outrageous price to do another job and now refuse to deliver my own slab to another place. They did install a kitchen countertop which came out badly. They say they will repair it but 3 months later they are still a no show. Sad that companies choose to treat customers as insignificant. Hopefully people will check them out before they suffer the sam trouble.

You have a choice, chose others over them. Pinnacle Stone and Tile was chosen by Home Depot as the fabricator for the granite in my home. 12 hours prior to the first appointment to install i was contacted by their sales staff and told that the slab was dropped and we would need to pick out another slab. Of course we know accidents happen and obliged, driving out to view and pick another slab for fabrication. Just prior to the second appointment we were told that they couldn’t meet the deadline and that they guaranteed installation the following week. Of course, less then 18 hours before they were to install for the 3rd time, one of their project managers called and said, «we are behind and we aren’t going to make the installation time.» When i asked what was it this time, I was met with an attitude representing that they were doing me a favor by rescheduling again. You can imagine my response, and although i wouldn’t necessarily call my response professional, the woman Sara was so cavalier in her care for my inconvenience; She then told me i could take my business elsewhere and hung up. Inconvenienced 3 times, 4 weeks and without counter-tops, i decided to contact the company’s CEO Scott Cheeseman, who thought his words of wisdom regarding«the stress of remodeling» and«working with a product of nature» would placate me. Unfortunately, i had already done my home work on this group. They get quite a bit of their work through home builders and companies like Home Depot,(who unfortunately just started using them). Their people inside suggested they were having problems internally and Sara had given the order she would handle the calls going out to homeowners. And unlike the lie that CEO Cheeseman told me, the only issue they had was working with people! Maybe that is what he meant by product of nature. I thought it odd in a customer centric business especially in a time of such user-generated content that CEO Cheeseman chose to try and dance around the issue. Scott people simply want the truth. Regardless, it was extremely clear, Scott’s and his company had zero concern for my inconvenience or the completion of the job. Why would anyone choose a company with this posture. Maybe they just got to big for their britches… YOUHAVE A CHOICE, YOUCANCHOSEELSEWHERE, i did!
