Yesterday I ordered the premium version of the bouquet for my friend and co-worker’s birthday. They were coming from my boss and the staff. The flowers were $ 60.00 without the balloon and delivery charge. When the flowers arrived I was mortified. I could have put them together myself. I called the florist and left a message that I thought there had been a mistake. I received a call back 24 hours later and was told that the order goes by the number of stems. There was no offer to replace the bouquet or provide a refund. Lousy product, lousy customer service!

3.5 stars. I came here on a weekday. There was a sign on the door saying that she was on a delivery and to call– I called and she said she would be back in three and was back in eight.
Place is small in small shopping plaza with large parking lot. They have good hours. They have sections for wedding and baby stuff but not too much available and it looks like it may have been there for a while and not been updated.
Saleswomen will work with you on creating a bouquet. They have different vases and flowers available and are reasonably priced– about 25 – 30 bouquet and 5 – 7 small vases.
Woman was friendly and helpful but not too pushy for a sale.

Best Florist in Northern NJ
I was referred to Nancy and her team by my wedding caterer, Linda Feldman of Art of the Party. I think it’s time to give credit where it’s due. There was not one thing that went wrong that day. Precious Petals Too welcomed us into their shop with warmth, coffee and concern. Nancy learned who we were, what we were about, what our taste was and helped us remain within our budget. Our event was exactly what we hoped for. Nancy and her team worked behind the scenes, and transformed a dull room into a beautiful space where we could be proud to exchange our vows, and celebrate with our friends and family. It was GORGEOUS! I can’t say enough about this florist!!!
I’ve just booked Precious Petals Too for another event. I say-go for it! You won’t be sorry.
