Got a pamphlet in the mail and decide to try a new locally owned business. I called in and tried to use one of the coupons but now they won’t accept it. There was no expiration date, and I met the $ 30 but they refused to accept the coupon. I decided to use them because of this but now I’m paying 10 more for the same amount of food. Wouldn’t make it right either. Very disappointed in this style of customer service. Will not consider this mediocre food at the premium price.

Food arrives after 1.5 hours. Ordered a pineapple pizza but came cold and without any pineapple. When I called to ask for my original order, no one answered. Will not order again.

I first found this place when they had a location in New Haven near my college(it has since closed). Since it was on my route, I would stop in regularly. I live in Trumbull, their Fairfield location is not along my usual travel routes, but I do work in Fairfield and have stopped in when I can. I have also had them deliver which was always in a reasonable time and the food arrived still hot. Before I review the food, I must admit to being a pizza snob. I grew up in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, back then the very Italian section of the borough, and the Pizza there as well as in Little Italy in Manhattan is second to none in the rest of the country IMHO. I can’t help but compare any pizza I get to my NY favs, so I can be a bit critical. That said, their pizza is very good. Their original crust is not heavy, nor overly thin, and it tastes great. They also offer thin and thick crust. The ingredients are fresh and the sauce has good flavor. They have lots of size options also, from 8″ personal to 12″ small to 16″ large to Sicilian and Party Size. The prices are a bit on the high side if you have them delivered, but you get $ 5.00 of each large pizza price if you pick up Mon-Thurs, and $ 2.00 off if you pick up Fri, Sat, Sun. This brings the price to a very reasonable level. Even if you do order full price delivery, they offer coupons for free food or discounts depending on your order total, so they are very competitive. I happen to love their breakfast pizza covered in scrambled eggs and your choice of three other toppings. I get one every visit. I am also a huge fan of their meat lovers and works pies. Their salads are crisp and fresh, their chicken wings meaty and perfectly cooked and their fried mushrooms, fried ravioli and fried calamari are all very tasty and very reasonably priced. Yes, there are pizza joints more local to me and many do deliver, but truth is their pizza is not nearly as good as Primo’s. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. I will continue to order from them. As for the four stars, blame my pizza snobbery, it’s not NY.

The pizza is decent. Cheesy, savory, warm, and not too much crust. Overall the flavors combine really well. I personally have had the cheese, bacon, and the bacon and onion. All of which have been a delight. The topping filled pie isn’t anything super special, but it’s quick and easy.

Good Pizza, good sides, decent desserts; Delivery folks are reliable, store is understandably a bit chaotic. Pick-up & Parking can be a challenge, sharing entry with gas station. Have relied on them for many months!

Just had an awful marguerita pizza. Cheese pizza is also now subpar. You are better off elsewhere in town.

Prices have gone up; not as great a deal as it has been but I will still order here. One issue is that you can not use coupon codes online even though there is a box for Promo codes they are not accepted/do not work… should be something they could easily allow. I figure I am saving staff time and hassle by ordering online… I could use coupons if I called in but this is 2014… online ordering is much more accurate and convenient for both me and the store… I should be rewarded(coupon usage) and not punished for using this option.

This place is simple okay-pizza.It is good for a budget, football fans, and children. I recommend the margarita pizza and Caesar salad with the garlic knots/bites.A large pizza, salad, and a(free soda) is around $ 20.

You go there for the half price pizza during the week and I think they still give you soda or a dollar off on the weekends. We have so much good pizza in Fairfield that this will be good to someone used to chains but it’s nowhere near the best here. I like it, sometimes it’s actually really good. My family gets it bc it’s half price and then heat it up in a skillet with a little olive oil until it gets crispy then even the worst pizza is amazing. If you want the best you go to Pepe’s which is much more expensive. Worth it, but too expensive for me every time. I do love how I can just grab a piece of cake when I walk in and they have a big menu but I had a buffalo wrap a long time ago that I didn’t like. Just stick to the basics here. Regular pizza, red sauce, basic topping and you’re good to go!

This pizza was brutal. Apparently their idea of margherita pizza with white sauce is to gingerly put cheese on the pizza and(not so) fresh tomatoes. The pizza was flavorless. It’s probably our fault for not ordering a plain pie outside of NYC. I won’t be ordering from them again to find out.
