My girlfriend is always promoting new businesses in our town and told me of this place. I made an appt but a family situation occurred and l needed to reschedule for the following week. I have a pretty busy schedule and was checking messages. there was a message from Radiance Aesthetics saying they were calling to confirm the appt. I hung up before listening to the entire message because l realized it was a call to remind me of my appt.
The following week l check my messages again and they had left me a message saying the appts for the day l was scheduled, were canceled. Never saying why. So l phone and make another appt for the following week. She tells me that they canceled my appointment because i did not call back. I work in a salon… we don’t normally make confirmation calls but when we do, we tell the clients or leave a message reminding them of their scheduled appointments. Never have l heard of anyone cancelling an appt because the client didn’t confirm the confirmation call… how redundant would that be.
That is not my issue though… l receive a text from my friend, who forwarded to me the text she received from Radiance… of them complaining to her, that her friend had canceled twice in a row. Totally untrue and completely unprofessional. Never had anyone told me when l booked the appt, that it would be canceled if l didn’t confirm that they confirmed that i confirmed an appt. Ridiculous. But to air untruths about me to a third party… completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I canceled my appt for good.

Received my Obagi Signature Facial with Carol today. What a wonderful experience. The product was gentle and felt awesome. Carol did such a great job. I’ll be back for sure. You need to try their services.

Jessa performed my facial. I was expecting a basic signature facial from this aesthetician. Low and behold the Obagi product that she used on my sensitive skin was soothing and calming and my redness went away. Also, she does a mini massage on your shoulders, neck and arms and hands. Very relaxing. Along with the spa music I almost feel asleep. Honestly the best my skin has felt in 30 years of going to spas. It transformed me. Thank you Radiance Aesthetics for a wonderful experience. I will be back soon. Kerry Godwin
