Got a large origional crust half all meat marvel half ham pineapple and bacon. Called for a take out and it was ready in the time they said it would be. Good pizza.

Walked in to find no patrons in restaurant and about 10 tables had not been bused, salad bar was not stocked and filthy with dressing all over and instead of busing tables or getting our beer workers are getting drinks for themselves. Very unprofessional establishment and I hope management is aware and can change this.

Came during the lunch buffet, ordered a medium pizza, told us it would be 10 – 12 mins. There were 2 tables occupied, one table left before stuffing their bags with half of the buffet so one table still eating. 25 mins past still no pizza, mind you it was a med skinny crust. Here comes 3 pizzas… but for the buffet… I asked a worker can she check on our pizza, she asks what kind? Does it matter, we’re the only ppl in here waiting for a to go order, I tell her a med, she says skinny crust? Yes. Oh I think he just has to cut it. she comes back out, oh he had to put it back in the oven so it could cook in the middle… what a lie! he prob didn’t even bake it when it was ordered, so worried about pizza for the empty restaurant or the 3 ppl they were feeding. So basically you will have to wait 40mins for a skinny crust med pizza when the store is empty. Went home and put pizza back in oven, crust was not even crispy. Not worth it at all, will never go back.

Endless pizza and a friendly staff with a manager that keeps it fresh and hot. I got the Jones for more pizza after eating RT recently, so me and mine decided to give the AYCE dinner a try.
We got there close to the start and were one of two couples in the place. The super happy (manager?) at the register is always on the ball. Great energy and a fun personality. After paying, we grabbed a couple slices and before we could finish, two hot pizzas served up. The pizzas were hot and tasty. The crowd definitely picked up and I was seeing one too many unwashed hands grabbing those spatulas. Some people behave like dirty rodents but at the time of the turd herd, we had already filled up.
I’ve ordered take out here a number of times and it has always been proper. I’m sure I’ll order here again. The dinner buffet… Good pizza, great value, but I’m a bit too germ cautious to definitely say I’ll be back for that.
Not that there’s anything wrong with it!

After standing at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting I decided to sit down. Here is the picture I took after sitting down and waiting another 5 minutes. Just incredible. Finally «Ariana» the manager came out, and explained she had been on lunch… Are you kidding me!!! Decided not to order at this point.

We decided to give this place another chance, however we were disappointed by the terrible service once again. We ordered our pizza online at 7pm, and the site promised a 40 minute delivery time. At 8:15pm we called the restaurant and they hadn’t even started making our order yet. We cancelled our order and got a refund instead of waiting another hour for a two-​pizza order costing $ 60. There are several other reviews from customers complaining about this location’s service. It would be nice if the franchise owners/​upper management actually addressed these service issues.

So much for the last honest pizza… after waiting nearly 90 minutes for a delivery why would I expect the order to arrive warm, much less hot? $ 50 worth of garbage.

Too expensive– tastes ok– you buy 2 pizzas and it’ll cost at least 40 bucks — that’s why I go to Dominos — I can buy three pizzas for 26 dollars– and at times round tables pizza is hard– Dominos– perfect every time– sorry round table lower your prices and I’ll think about coming back to see ya

Talked to a manager, Natalie, on the phone that was great service-​wise. The problem is my hour long estimated delivery that hit close to 2 hours. On top of that, I had a pizza where the box was almost dripping in grease and a personal pizza that had ¼ of the toppings it needed. Both were not hot either as well as my wings that were room temperature and soggy. They added me to the VIP list but honestly this ruined me and my family’s night.

Round Table makes a great pizza. But it is also expensive. So, we seldom buy pizza from there but did today. My husband went to pick it up and when he got back the pizzas were not what I ordered online. I ordered a Medium King Arthur supreme and a Med ½ chz-​½ pepperoni but what we got has a medium pepperoni and a medium chz. Having really wanted a Supreme I called to complain and to my surprise without any hesitation they remade our pizzas and delivered them. Free of charge. Quickly I might add. I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional customer service. The kids went nuts with now having 4 pizzas lol and as always it was great pizza!

The food here was pretty good but the service was absolutely horrible. They had five people on staff, nobody in the restaurant and the pizzas still took almost 50 minutes to be ready. All of the staff was in the back goofing around and not servicing customers. I observed three other customers coming in complaining their pizzas were late and took too long. I will not be coming back.

This place is hit or miss the past two visits have been misses there management is a joke and the people don’t care if you wait a hour for a pizza save your time and call way way ahead of when you and your family want to eat. And it mite be a ok meal for you.
The management promised they would give me a call back I have since called for five times with no response I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for your pizza

Pricey normal menu for pizza. However, if you can catch one of the buffet deals it is hard to beat. For a smaller chain, this company knows how to make a good pizza. The garlic bread is delicious but the cin-​a-​bread could use some work (was stale). Employees were friendly, especially the supervisor on Apr 29th. Only real complaint is the stale cin a bread and the fact that the tables were still dirty after being «bussed».

Terrible Service!!! We ordered carry out and they said it would be ready in 35 minutes. We showed up to pick the pizza we had to wait over an hour because it was not ready. I am pretty sure that it does not take 1.5 hours to bake a pizza. There were 3 other three people who also had to wait just as long for their carry out orders. The pizza was nothing special, especially for the price.

I ordered delivery with the Employee Natalie tonight. I requested my pizza not be burned and over cooked. She guaranteed it would not. When I received it it was crispy and burned! No surprise when I called I spoke to Natalie again who pretty much told me she would replace it but it would be the same and that I would have to wait another hour. Horrible service bad food rude employee. Wish I could get my money back but sadly I paid cash. Totally disappointed

Family game day Tuesday my favorite love there buffet. Staff was really nice and friendly love hot veggie gourmet pizza, garlic twist my son favorite cinnamon twist definitely going back with family

We ordered a XL pizza and family salad to go. It was ready in 15 minutes and was hot and delicious! I was also given the option to make my own family salad from the salad bar (which was great) and given free water cups to go! Super service and great pizza!

I love their lunch buffets. ($ 7.49)
They always keep the fresh pizzas coming and the garlic bread, as well as the cinnamon twists fully ready (hot of course)
No complaints on their service as Arianna (the Assistant Manager) greeted each customer coming in. She was very attentive and welcoming. Kudos to her.
I don’t live around the area but definitely will go back if I have the opportunity. Best Round Table pizza in the Bay Area thus far. (beats Milpitas one for sure).
