Excellent customer service!
I was a little hesitant about leasing a car from here because it’s in Fairfield, which is known for ridiculous prices almost everywhere you go, and rudeness. But not these guys! Not only were they super awesome, and we’re able to give me a great lease deal.
Larry and Scott in sales are super knowledgeable and will do anything to make the sale work for you. Mike down in service also knows what he’s talking about, and won’t try to throw in services you don’t need. Only place I’ll bring my jeep or buy/​lease.

I’ve bought two brand new cars from this location over the past six years and they are amazing. I live in Greenwich and tried both times to purchase a car from the Greenwich Jeep location but they were uninterested in selling cars, weird. I met Scott six years ago when Scap had the Jeep that I wanted, thank god, he’s amazing. He took extra time to set up the interior stuff and he showed me how to take the top off my new jeep, not as easy as it looks! Everything part of the transaction went so smooth and I can’t thank these guys/​girls enough! I’ll gladly drive the 30 minutes it takes when purchasing my next new car.

Used to go here for years to get service on our family vehicles as well as just to window shop and peruse cars. It is the one place I consistently send people when they are in the market for a new or used car in the Fairfield, CT area. They do not harass you with endless phone calls even when you stop in to get information on a car, and their service department was always quick and friendly.
I personally have yet to actually purchase a car there despite finding a few I liked, but many people in my family have and some are still driving their cars, SUVs, and Jeeps today. The only downside is that they used to be able to service Saturns still under warranty but apparently no longer have the contract for doing warranty repairs so you must go to Maritime Motors downtown for that.

Fantastic dealership! They could not be more helpful and supportive before during and after the sale. I have had fleet vehicles repaired here for years and purchased several jeeps. All great experiences. Recent jeep destroyed in the storm and they order a new one no questioned asked while we got all the paperwork set. So awesome to get that kind if support.
