This place is so bad, my daughter was looking for a pair of shoes, but the back apperently must be a mess because they cant find anything, not just for one pair of shoes but several, long story short they cant find the shoes, must be so disorganized.

I can’t even explain the amount of suck this place has. Yeah. Nice shoes. Not worth the disrespect. Couldn’t even get the girl off the phone to help us. I tried to signal another employee and she wouldn’t move out of my way, but wouldn’t put down the phone! Kept holding out her hand. We finally walked out. Went to champs and got everything I wanted. Also champs can order you what you want! Hey your hard earned money deserves to be spent with people who appreciate it! I wish there was a negative star for you guys!

I agree with the other reviewer this place is OK, but full of mall rat teeny boppers. Much of their staff is high school kids too, and they’re not that helpful. The selection is good but they don’t always have my size. 11.5. I only go here as a last resort.

I’d give it more stars but they’re customer service is a little suspect.
Good thing they have a really good selection of shoes. First time I went in there i heard two guys yellin at each other about what they want to eat, using the N word and cursing, then I realized they were both employees. I couldn’t help but laugh. And the few times I have come in, the employees still talk like that with one another, as if they just hanging out. then another time I came in, this guy was helpin me with some shoes but he was talkin to me like we were boys from way back, «yo, these are some sick ass shoes, they on sale too you know what I’m sayin?»
I guess that’s how they want to do things there. sucks that you can’t tell the difference between an employee and one of the many young mall rats that hang out there. but they do have shoes there that you prolly won’t find anywhere else in the mall.
