My boyfriend went in to see about upgrading his phone. As soon as he walked in the first thing they said is «What you want?» and proceeded to have attitude up until my boyfriend left the store. The workers here are extremely rude and all they want to do is sit around and have their own conversations. I would have given it 0 stars, if it were possible.

I was visiting my dad in Fairfield and I was not familiar with the area or where I could find a Tmobile. My dad suggested the Mall. It was 5:30p on a Sunday so I called ahead to make sure the Tmobile in the Mall was open. Rico answered the phone and stated I could come in or call customer service. Rico was fabulous and deserves the stars I gave… But the rest deserves no stars. I am still struggling with the options they took off without my permission. Promised me my bill would be $ 100/​month since it has been $ 150-​$ 200 and I have one line. It has been a nightmare.
Situation: I dropped my phone two days earlier at the airport and smashed the screen, I realy did get shards of glass in my little fingers. I needed to replace my oh so not cheap phone. I called asurion and they sent me a super flimsy galaxy II that looked like a kids play phone. NO one helped me the way I needed. They tried to sell me a bunch of services and then signed me up; for things without my permission. Still sorting out this mess 3 years later. Thanks guys…
