This playground itself isn’t half bad. It’s small, but also less than 10 years old. There are two playgrounds, each geared towards different age groups. Both playgrounds have swings and things for kids to climb on. The swings are a little high and I actually had to help an older girl(about 7 years old) get on when her mom wasn’t paying attention. After visiting this park twice and spending an hour here each time I’ve found what really sets this park apart from others in the area — the type of people who frequent it. It’s the type of people that have a cigarette in one hand and an infant in the other. The type of people that bring 40’s to a children’s playground. There’s a huge slide, but other than that there’s nothing special here. There’s a partially covered picnic area, but unless you wanna sit next to the smoking moms and the dads with 40’s you’re better off just driving by.
