Teez Unlimited

We received our order the day after my review. It’s been several months. The shirts are holding up ok but the patches are not places well. I’m glad they made good on the order but I won’t use them or recommend them in the future.

Lets just say the other Parents have nailed it. I absolutely advise you to not use them for any reason!
My experience with them is as follows: June 16^th 2014, ordered all my 3 of kids uniforms at the same time. 2 polo shirts each, 2 sets of PE uniforms each, one pullover hoodie, one zip up hoodie and one set of sweats… I was told about 2 – 3 weeks and it should be in. no problem, school is 2 months away. after one month I stop by, «oh sorry we were not prepared for such an order from the school so we are a little behind.» another 2 weeks no call, show up and get the same answer. one week before school and still no call so another drop by… only had the polo shirts… day before school manage to get the PE uniforms with a bit of yelling, but no sweats or hoodies. they told me that the sweat pants would be ready later that day and I told them to ship them as I never wanted to go to their place of business again… well they never showed up, imagine that! I had to go back for the last items because they had told the school our stuff was in and when I got there it took 30 min to find 2 sweat shirts but no sweat pants because they had given them to people that brought their items back because they didn’t fit… So they give my kids things to someone that failed to order right the first time before I was even given a call to say my stuff was ready??? WTF!!! It also was supposed to be shipped so that should have never happened! To this day, 13 of october 2014 I still do not have a pair of sweat pants that are owed to me!
I beg anyone and everyone to NEVER use this company!!!

Here is this company in a nutshell. Group of young kids who don’t know how to organize a warehouse. They don’t return emails or phone calls. I’ve been down 7 times. Each time I’m there for over 15 minutes while someone goes to the back to try and find what I’m looking for. I placed an order in May, it is now Sept 30 and I’m still missing items. I get calls saying it’s in. But when I went in, they said they called me by accident and it should be in in a week. A week later, it’s not there. They don’t know when it’s coming. I receive a partial order of 2 shirts, and the last name on the uniform is spelled wrong (after waiting for 3 months for the shirts). These guys are nice, but clueless when it comes to running a business. They brought boxes of items to the school (we ordered school uniforms from them) but they were not organized AT ALL. So the school staff and parents had to organize it, resulting in waiting 35 minutes after school with my son to pick up his uniform. After 35 minutes they still couldn’t find it because TEEZ dumped it unorganized. Go elsewhere for your tshirt printing and save yourself the needless trips to this place, and headache.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I hope that next year my kids school decide to go to a different company! i ordered my kids stuff early and still even more than a month after school started they still haven’t completed our order! They don’t answer the phone and I’ve driven there atleast a dozen times and each time it’s a different story!!! Like I said this place SUCKS!!!

What can I say — I needed some shirts for Sober Grad Night for Buckingham Charter Magnet Highschool and in a hurry. Teez Unlimited was absolutely on top of their game with their customer service, professionalism, and quality of their product. The shirts were wonderful! I will be coming back to them each and every time I need to place an order. I refer them to all of my business associates.
