Perhaps she was having a bad day, but the woman who works the front desk could benefit from a customer service class. Also, I would definitely shop around for other prices before committing to any purchase here. This place seems to be quite pricey.

What a great group of people! They went out of their way to be helpful and kind to us. They got us the exact rock we wanted in 1 day and Cory even came out to our home on his day off to help us move some huge rocks that were stuck inside our house! They have a great selection of landscape stuff! Definitely go check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

They relate to their customers, strive to please and lead their staff to provide excellent service. I purchased a foreclosure home not far from The Rock Source and have enjoyed their pricing, range of products and — of course — customer service. I highly recommend them.
