Needed a few watches authenticated and they took me in without an appointment. Came back a few more times for some other things and the price and service has been spot-​on.

Accurate, fast, courteous, affordable.
Went in for a battery change on a Relic and another watch. I think I paid 20 dollars for both. (Good deal)
The week after battery change the watch stopped working. I went back.
She opened the watch again, tested the battery, and recommended a little oil on the gears.
I asked her how much and she said she would do it for free!
Score! The watch started working again and havent had any problems.
She didnt have to do that. But she did. If that didnt work she recommended a cleaning. And offered me a discount.
I was the store manager at Tourneau on Santana Row in San Jose. Timepieces are an industry. A very lucrative one. I know how this business works.
And I know she she doesnt have to be this nice.
Will return for ALL of my watch needs.

I can’t say that I have a lot of experience with watches or even wearing watches, but after the release of the smart watch, I just found myself with the urge to buy one. They don’t have smart watches for sale here, but I had purchased a new band for my watch online and needed to have some links removed. I brought my watch into the shop, and they lady working was able to remove the links for me right then. She only charged me $ 10 and I was on my way out the door. Fast, efficient, and fairly priced service is always appealing to me!

This is one of Fairfield’s hidden gems and my go-​to shop for all my watch needs. I recently acquired a watch secondhand that needed servicing. Even though it’s a fairly obscure brand and model — a Chase-​Durer Special Forces 1000UDT — they handled it with no problem. I got it back in working order without any fuss.
The service at Time Keepers is efficient and fairly priced. If you are a watch aficionado and some of your pieces need maintenance, definitely check this place out.

Great little place. Brought my girlfriend watch on to take a few links out and they were done in 5 mins. VERY FRIENDLY… They also have a pressure chamber to replace my battery and pressure test my dive watch. Has that old world feel to it. Thank you

I highly recommend this shop if you need any kind of watch repair!
I read about this place on Unilocal and came here to get some links taken off a brand new watch. I was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes. The watch sizing cost me $ 10 (compared to $ 15 with 20+ minute wait time at Solano Mall) and I am very pleased with the result.
The store itself is small, but they have a wide selection of watch bands and watches available. There are also a lot of interesting and unique decorations along the walls, so you won’t be bored during your (short) wait!
Time Keepers Work Shop definitely does not disappoint. I’ll be coming here for all of my watch needs from now on :)

Got a new watch for Christmas and needed the band sized. The owner was in and did it carefully but quickly. Very nice guy, good service and not expensive. I’m glad I supported this local business which has been in town for 20 years.

I went here to get my watch adjusted so that it would fit my wrist. The watch repairman was very friendly and said it would take about 5 minutes. He actually finished it in 3 minutes. The service cost me $ 8.00. I was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes.
Not much to say here. Friendly staff, quick service, and inexpensive. If you have a watch that needs repairs or adjusting, come here!

Wow! Excellent service. He asked if i wanted to wait. Said it would take about 20 minutes. I decided to wait and he was done UNDER 5 minutes. I had a swiss army watch band fixed and 2 batteries replaced for under $ 35. Would recommend this place for sure if you’re in the area and need watch stuff done.

I had 3 watches that needed batteries and finding a place in vacaville was not easy so I went to fairfield to this shop. he was very friendly and knowledgeable and able to do all 3 watches within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this shop to all.

Dead watch battery. :(Boo. Glad I patronized a local shop in the area. Super fast and friendly customer service. The battery replacement took MAYBE 3 minutes. I’d recommend them to folks.

We were in town and needed a new wristband for a watch, so we stopped in.
Seemed like a nice family owned shop. We found a quality wristband, reasonably priced, and had it put together promptly. All together, it took maybe 10 minutes, and that was exactly what we were looking for.
If somebody came up to me on the street in Fairfield and said they need a new wristband for a watch… I wouldn’t hesitate to send them to Time Keepers.
