About a year ago, I purchased a 7kw Westerbeke generator from this company and the owner, Henry, was very helpful with installation tips.
At 4.55 pm a day or two before the Memorial Day holiday, I called to request assistance with a generator problem and Henry talked through the problem with me and we identified the part which needed replacing. It was an installation issue rather than a warranty item but Henry dispensed sage advice on preventing a recurrence and then personally packaged the part and took it to UPS so I would have it the next day. My weekend cruise was saved and I appreciate this kind of service.
