Unity Pharmacy

Unity Pharmacy is a family owned pharmacy in Fairfield that opened about a year ago. My family and I have prescriptions from many doctors in the area, and almost every medical office we visit say they enjoy working with Unity Pharmacy.
The customer service is amazing. The people are wonderful, well dressed, and very nice. They offer free drop off prescription service which simply makes things easier. But they also go above and beyond what’s expected. For example, I went out of state and left a medication at home, and my pharmacist at Unity made sure I was able to get a few days of medication while I was away. She worked directly with the doctors and pharmacists in the area and took care of the hassle. Unity Pharmacy has made my family’s life easier, and I imagine others receive the same type of wonderful service.
To those who complain about look of the store from the outside, I believe that their comments are unjust. While not the most fancy building front, the space is clean, welcoming, well lit, and stocked with what the vast majority of us need. The sign might be big, but frankly, that does not take away from what this pharmacy does amazingly well, and it is not a shady place at all. I don’t believe have posted on Unilocal before, but the previous review was enough motivation for me to set the record straight.
While we could all go to a CVS, but it is wonderful to receive better much service and support the mom-​and-​pop stores in Fairfield at the same time.
