I just want to let you know that your employees are rude as fuck. I was in your store today and every time I came across an employee they would stop in front of my cart and stare at me until I moved out of their way. At one point I was in an aisle and one employee stopped right in front of me so I pushed my cart over and started to look at something. Two more employees then circled around me. One said excuse me, as I turned around she grabs my cart and pushes it down the aisle. With my keys and wallet in it. Then rolled her eyes and started talking about me to the other employees. Then I left that aisle and went to another where two employees stood their doing nothing and cussing up a storm. In front of kids and everything. This type of behavior went on the entire time I was in your store. I won’t be coming back.

This is absolutely is the bestest restaurant chain I have ever been to. Quite possibly everything and anything you want they have! And the thing that sets them apart are their prices… They sell things for $ 0.09, $ 0.29, $ 0.69? Yes! I’m not just talking about a wrinkly old toy, I’m talking sequin sweater vest for all the seasons, Jean overalls from somebody somewhere along the road, and they also have some great things behind their counter like jewelry and collectibles. Be prepared to browse and go through the rocks however. Things are not laid out super organized so they do have everything organized by mens and womens and pants are all together, suit jackets are all together and so on. My absolute favorite part are the several rows of home good stuff. They do a fantastic job of continually putting things out and if you go on a Tuesday, there will be nothing left because Monday is everything in the entire store is 25% off! How can you go wrong? Check it out, if you like thrift stores of course, and try not to take all the treasures before I get back!

I love coming here because I always find great deals on like new, excellent quality merchandise. There’s a lot of crap to look through but quality catches my eye immediately so it’s not a tedious process for me. I haven’t been as lucky lately on insanely low prices for the best stuff though, and I won’t buy unless it’s a huge bargain!

After having visited the Reading Road location, I was excited to check the Fairfield location out. This location is so massive, I was a little intimidated upon entering. There are rows and rows of women’s jeans. Rows and rows of shirts. The amount of merchandise is astounding. If looking for items for more than one person, expect to spend a couple of hours here. Quantity is what this location has going for it. I read a couple of reviews where people complained about the staff. The two staff membership I encountered were pleasant. Checkout didn’t take that long. Unfortunately, the plethora of merchandise makes aisles cramped. On many occasions I got trapped for several minutes at a time in aisles. People were all around and I couldn’t move my cart until the others did. Compared to the Reading Road location, this location was really dirty. Prices seemed to have greater variation at this location.

Not bad. A lot of selection which seems to be constantly restocked. The items I purchased were clean and looked hardly worn. Do watch for mis-sized items especially on designer brands. A Chico’s size 2(which is actually closer to a medium was sized as an xxl on the price tag which was stapled over the size tag on the garment). Very crowded even on weekday mornings. Lines can be long. Skip the toy section. Toys filthy and sets are not complete. Store was overall clean, and I had no problem with the staff. No returns accepted.

I love finding awesome clothing here. Sometimes I find vintage which is my style. But… the customers that shop here and employees are beyond rude!!! I dont think ive ever even seen one of them smile. I try to smile at them and I get an evil look back. The managers yell all the time on or off PA system. I was accused of stealing here and I was livid! I walked in just to look at lamps and wasnt interested in any and went to walk out and the buzzer went off. About 3 employees run over to me, and I tell them, its probably my keys or phone. Thats all I had in my hand and the manager asked me to empty my pockets!!! You cannot accuse a person of stealing! My family works in retail and they cant even follow the person out the door. I was so mad, I looked at the manager, who im sure was a felon herself which is why she worked at valley and said you cannot accuse me of being a thief and walked out. I had a customer push me and my cart out of the way to get to an item on the rack. Lets just say, ive been so close to punching people. Lol. Deals are great but when its a sale day! Store gets trash, which Is to be expected. Children run around, scream, throw things at people and parents do not care or discipline. I have found awesome clothes and thats the only good thing. I give 1 star because of employees. It would probably kill them to be polite. If you are an employee who works there and is miserable. Leave. Im sure mcdonalds would hire you and you wont lose your welfare assistance and my tax dollars can keep paying for your rude attitude.

It’s kind of hard to rate a thrift store because really your expectations are low if shopping here anyway… Prices are very good, stuff not clean, and most of the toys are broken… sooo much to look at! You can spend hours in the store however, there are more workers than customers and the workers are rude. We watched one male worker walk by picking his nose and wiped it on a garment hanging on the rack! My daughter walked in with a drink and 3 workers ran over and surrounded her like she was a terrorist telling her she cannot have drinks in the store. Then promptly got on the over head PA system to announce no food or drinks in the store. I found a few good items I was pleased with my finds but the employees are just unbelievable

I’m really tempted to rate this place poorly so I can be selfish with it’s offerings. In the spirit of honesty however… This is best Thrift shop around. Variety is off the charts. Prices are fair in comparison to Goodwill. The shear size of the store is impressive. It’s very clean. The Employees are friendly w/o being pushy. They’re constantly bringing stuff to the floor. The products on the floor still have usefullness. And dont appear to donated because they where unsafe or ruined due to house fire/flood. Tons of clothes. Not a lot of «bigs». Pros– Prices. Selection. Product variety. Organization of merchandise. Quality of merchandise. Worker demeanor. Cons– Parking spots where painted by motorcycle Owners. Asiles have just enough room for two cart pushers to go by. Going to the bathroom is a semi-chore. If Vegas security ventured outside Casino’s it went to Valley Thrift. There are cameras pointing every which way, which is great for security, but is sort of awkward for the simple fact that it’s a thrift store, why is there a need for 9 cameras in the lot and over 50 in a store that gets its merchandise for free???

We recently moved close to the area one day while shopping we decided to visit Vally Thrift. We were pleasantly surprised by what we found a nice pair of toddler shoes for .40 cents I was able to find my wife a nice scarf too. I was able to get a Playstation 1 for $ 9! With two controllers! like any thrift store you really have to go at the right time.

When I get a desire to go spend some money, or splurge on some randomness, this is where you’ll find me. I needed work clothes and decided to try my luck at the Valley Thrift because I’ve been lucky several other times here. I head to the aisle with work pants, but end up picking up a dress off a mannequin, a pair of shoes and a jacket before I even make it there… I start perusing the pants, and ask my honey to get me a cart. He gets the cart and I proceed to check tags: Express Design Studio, Ann Taylor, Limited… etc. I grab my size when the price is right. And by right price, I’m not kidding… I snagged a pair of pants for .69, and another for .09. Those are CENTS. Seriously. and they look brand new. They still had the creases in them from being dry cleaned!!! Yes, some of the stuff is a bit pricey, but I just put that stuff back. I have found half a wardrobe here on many occasions and carry half the store with me before I decide, I really don’t need 15 new jackets, or 6 pairs of green shoes… no matter how inexpensive they are. You may not realize it, but there is also a dressing room at this location. Most of them don’t have one, so it’s buy at your own risk. They have 2 rooms, so it can be a bit of a wait during busy times, but hey, it’s better than wasting your money on a cute item that doesn’t even fit! Now, to find these great bargains, it’s not always easy. It takes time, you have to dig through the racks to find them. Some days are definitely better than others, and near the holidays stuff is picked through. So, keep that in mind, before going. The last time I was there I almost bought a chair. Not just any chair, this was a piece of furniture, bright red and decorative. It wasn’t a recliner, but it was a living room chair, looked brand new and it was only $ 11. There was a sale on furniture that day too, and it would have been marked down to $ 8. Oh man, I was tempted. I still think about that darn chair!!! I think this place has something for everyone, and even stuff that you’d never think you needed. Go check it out. Set some time aside, and Gooooo!!!

Best thrift store ever! I have moved away from the area but always do my best to come here whenever I’m in Hamilton for a visit. I’m not going to tell you all of the crazy finds that I have found here because I don’t want people to start buying up the good stuff and selling it on ebay for 20x the thrift store price. But, believe me. You can find INSANE deals here. Take your time, look around, and find yourself a treasure or two. It’s worth noting that they do have a few dressing rooms available for trying on items.

Like the Valley Thrift on Reading, this store is a mega thrift store, with aisles and aisles of everything. Having lived in the Los Angeles/NYC/bay area, I can honestly say I’ve never seen anything like this, that is, until I moved to Ohio. Same deals apply here as with the Reading location…25% off Mondays, 50% sale days. Those tend to be super busy. A friend commented though that she felt those days also had the least treasures… like staff hold back merchandise on those days. Who knows. I still manage to find lots of things for cheap! Children’s selection I felt wasn’t as good as the Reading location, but I did like the cookware section more. Given that it’s a thrift store, I’m sure this can change at a moment’s notice depending on what’s in stock. If I’m in the area, I will definitely be stopping in again. Also, this location has huge amounts of parking. I might come here just for the that!

After driving 127 for the Longest Yard Sale, we stopped off here since it was open until 7:30pm and it was still insanely crowded. Based on the crowds, I expected to stuff to be rock bottom cheap. But as I’ve discovered the last few years with thrift stores, their prices have risen while the quality, no doubt, has stayed the same. The only good thing is most thrift stores are in cleaner, better lit buildings. The store is well organized in fact one employee was creating more work for herself by moving all the crockpots from one shelf to the shelf below and leaving another shelf empty I presumed to bring out more appliances but I never saw that happen. If you love the thrill of the hunt, stop in this store but definitely be ready to defend yourself, protect your toes from rolling carts as well as battle through the crowds.

This thrift store is fantabulous. The best thing I got(that I can remember) was a Tory Burch sweater. There is usually a 50% off sale for every holiday but beware of crowds and fights. Tootles.
