I wanted to post this as a warning to others who may shop with this company. They are disorganized and unprofessional yet pushy. You would think that a company with so many internal flaws would admit fault and at least be understanding to the consumer. A person from our company bought vessels last summer from Vasesource. The Vasesource employee took our company card and said that the transaction was complete. When our employee asked for a receipt, they were given an invoice. When they asked why the invoice did not indicate payment, the Vase Sourse employee said that it was paid and that it showed on their end. Fast forward two months, we get an aggressive call from someone in their billing department demanding an immediate check for the amount. We forwarded the matter to an external bookkeeper who came back with concern regarding Vasesource. While the transaction had been run that day, it was flagged as fraud. Shortly after shopping with them, our bank abruptly cancelled our card and sent us a new one stating that there were multiple cases of suspicious activity on the account. They asked us who we might have given our information to but we could not think of any negative leads. When our bookkeeper informed us of this, it became evident where the source of disruption was. When we brought this up with Vasesource, they only wanted their money. They never showed concern for the nature of what had happened. They never bothered to check their employees to look into the matter. That for me is a red flag and enough to make sure that others are warned. We purposefully held out on any further payment demanding answers to what had happened but instead, they forwarded our account to a lawyer to strong arm us and avoid answering the real questions. Say no to Vasesource!

I run a fundraiser for a volunteer Fire Department, some of what we resell has been purchased through Vasesource in the past. I have placed two orders with Vasesource, the first one was last year, they gave me a great price and were great to work with. My most recent experience was not as good. I placed an order online and chose fedex delivery. I got a call the next day saying they were going to send a truck but it would cost more, we negotiated a price and agreed on it, and charged me. They call me a few days later and say they don’t think it is worth it to send the truck and I would have to use FedEx, but it would cost even more. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They don’t keep credit card numbers on file, so I requested a check. The check came nice and quick, but was made out to the Fire Department, not me, even though I was the one who placed and paid for the order. When I alerted them to the error, they demanded that I mail the check back, and then they will ‘try’ to reissue the check, taking even longer to get my money back for an order that never should have even been charged. I’ve had good experiences with them in the past, but after this, I’ll find a new vendor to work with in the future. Note: They did go back and change the pricing for FedEx delivery so it won’t be incorrectly represented in the future.

I had a lot of trouble with this business when it came to return of damaged goods. I was shipped 6 cases of glass vases and a number of them were broken in shipping not to mention the quality of manufacturing was very bad(clear glass vases were nice, colored glass is a no go). I had to take multiple photos and show proof(as if I were lying), they tried to claim that the quality was fine, and I had to argue with them for weeks to get the refund– plus they didn’t want to refund the shipping for the damaged goods. It’s a fine business if your order has no issues, they process quickly. But, god help you if you need to return damaged items.
