I contacted Howe Allen realty to appraise my property the agent Julia Mitchell was very knowledgeable and professional. After a couple more appraisals from other realtors I listed with Howe Allen realty they aggressively advertised my property for the first open house. The property sold right away. I have bought and sold multiple properties in the past and I know their can be bumps in the process up to the closing. Julia Mitchell and Howe Allen realty were great. They made the process simple and with out stress. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Howe Allen Realty helped my wife and I sell our home in New Bedford within three weeks of listing for 98.4% of our initial asking price. The service offered by Howe Allen’s group was second to none. They provided a professional real estate photographer out of Boston, whose specialty is in capturing the essence of each home then created a customized, high-​quality brochure presenting our home. The office set clear expectations upfront and met them with each step from listing to closing. I worked with Julie 11 years ago when I initially purchased the home and, based on that experience, knew she was the best agent for us. Following on the sale of our home, Julie helped us find a new construction home and worked side-​by-​side with the builder and his agent to ensure we negotiated the best value and quality in the new home. And when it came down to the wire, Julie had the contact information of Elise Bare at Residential Mortgage Services (RMS) ready to go when our original mortgage company would not close or extend our rate lock when the City of New Bedford’s Department of Inspectional Services indicated they would not release the Certificate of Occupancy due to their policy of only releasing permits on Fridays and the department head being out of the office for two consecutive Fridays. This solution saved us a few hundred dollars upfront and several thousand over the course the mortgage. Diane Dednah from Howe Allen Realty represented us in our recent condo sale.
