Excellent service from the girls behind the counter. Got 34 for 4 meals. Excellent you get nuggets burger fries and a drink. The computerized soda dispenser was a bit of challenge but really cool to use. The bacnator fries were my only problem. They had a blob of processed cheese on the bottom and barely any bacon.

I went through the drive through around midnight. We ordered a medium #4, ketchup only w/no cheese(with a blueberry tea) and a 6 piece spicy nugget with barbecue sauce. My friend ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a Baconator fry. The state in which I received my food was the most pathetic I have ever received from a Wendy’s. Absolute trash, 0 care given in the product being put forth. When we arrived at drive thru the window, after paying, we were told to pull into a parking space and the food would come out. Why do they do this? I do not know, seems a little shady to me. I asked the young man who took the order to please bring out barbecue sauce. He said«I will bring extra!» An employee delivered the food and I drove home, ready to enjoy my meal. I get home and open up the bag only to find missing items and poor quality food. 1. NONEOFTHEFOODWASHOT 2. My burger wasn’t even fully wrapped, just thrown in the bag(Half of the burger was sticking out) 3. The burger was clearly OLD 4. The burger was made completely WRONG(I did not ask for cheese, but who cares what I ordered right? Just give the guy an old burger off the rack and hope he will go home and not complain about it) *rolls eyes* 5. The burger had a slice of cheese on the bottom patty, connecting it to the bottom bun, a slice of cheese in the middle, and bacon on the top of the burger. This is how they’re supposed to be made? 6. The bottom bun was burnt(had clear burn marks) 7. The chicken nuggets were MISSING(The employee even said he would bring me extra sauce but I didn’t even bring my damn nuggets) 8. The fries were SOGGY and COLD 9. The Baconator fries looked piss poor compared to the pictures. Isn’t the bacon at least supposed to be broken up? We had two sloppy pieces of back on top of a glob of cheese present over the fries. Overall the food was a total mess. I called the store about 40 times in an attempt to get through. I wanted to let them know about my experience and hopefully have them re-make my food right the next time I come in. Every time I call them at 508−999−4407 the phone rings once or twice and then a modem answers the phone(you know the noise from AOL dial-up back in the 90s). It sounded like someone answered one of the times I called and then hung up. I spent almost $ 20 on garbage. I could have found the same quality food rummaging through this locations trashes in the parking lot. I didn’t even eat most of it, as it went to the trash after I realized the mistake I had made coming to this Wendy’s. Who knows how long that food was even sitting there. The employee clearly didn’t care enough to actually make my food fresh, as he didn’t pay attention to the order(ketchup only, no cheese) and just gave me some crap burger off the warming rack. Absolutely disgusting. I am appalled and that entire late night crew should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such low quality food. I ate a piece of the burger and am now afraid I am going to get sick. I didn’t even think of how long it could have been sitting there until after I started eating it. I am seriously disgusted with this whole experience. Someone or multiple employees really dropped the ball here and wasted my time and money. The manager/owner really need to re-evaluate the staff at this location, as I think some coaching is in order.

We just came from a wonderful Martha’s Vineyard vacation and needed to get lunch. We decided how could we go wrong with Wendy’s? This Wendy’s seemed to cater to geriatrics with urine soaked Depends; standing quite perplexed in front of the computerized soda dispenser. They had a high school aged boy taking orders, but he was not a precise order taker: we asked for broccoli and cheddar potatoes, we got bacon and cheddar potatoes!(Big difference) We had to wait about five minutes just to get the cups to get our drinks and even then he forgot to give us the lids and they were out of Coke classic! Everyone behind the counter seemed to be in chaotic/disorganized mode. This Wendy’s only saving grace was Jonelle. She was courteous, apologetic, and seemed to be the only employee that knew what she was doing.
