Brought iPhone in after buying a faulty screen online. The price to switch it out with another one on the spot was like $ 10 more than buying a new screen online, so I went for it.
This newly switched screen had a defect that was difficult to put my finger on (turned out to be ghost touch), so I tried it out for a week or two to pin it down. Then I brought it back to this shop.
As soon as I said the screen wasn’t behaving normally, Elite Cell Phone Shop switched it out with no questions asked, no charge. They care about their customers. Screen works well! Thanks!

Can’t recommend Elite highly enough! Our family conducted a somewhat complicated transaction involving 3 different phones. When we returned to the store, Clinton told us he had miscalculated the charges and refunded us $ 45! We hadn’t (and wouldn’t have) figured out this error and we so appreciated his honesty in dealing with us. Not only that, Clinton and Grace both returned to the store well after closing to finish up our job. Great people, great business!
