I have been here a few times for cases of my go-​to beer, Miller Lite. The guys working in this Fairless Hills establishment are always friendly and seem to be eager to make you feel comfortable.
Most recently I decided to break my kegerator out of retirement for my street’s annual block party and order a keg of beer. I decided to pop in the store to ask about prices, inquire about kegs of birch beer and ask if they fill CO2 bottles. The young fella at the register quickly gave me prices, assured me that they could get a keg of birch beer and informed me that they don’t fill CO2 but rather, I can exchange my old bottle for a fully charged one right then and there.
I took him up on his offer of exchanging my bottle and told him to hook me up with a keg straight away so I didn’t have to wait for my block party; I was gonna have a cold beer tonight!
When it came to the birch beer for my upcoming block party, he informed me that they offer home delivery for a small fee and I decided to go that route. One less thing that I have to worry about on the big day of the block party is what I thought. The day of the block party arrived and so did my birch beer, right on time. The guy that delivered it set it in the tub, poured the ice in and tapped it for me. WHAT SERVICE!
Upon returning the now half full, or is it half empty birch beer… I pulled the keg out of my car and by the time I turned around the same young guy I spoke with originally was on me like white-​on-​rice with a dolly in tow. He quickly grabbed that sucker and wheeled it inside for me. AWESOME customer service! I followed him inside to get my deposit back and he joked that as long as he has worked there, he has never seen a keg of birch beer come back empty.
All around good customer service with great guys working there.
