When my poor mother in law was home on her death bed with pancreatic cancer these complete morons had morphin that she needed to ease her pain before her impending death, the store refused to fill the prescription unless she would come into the store. Our family doctor even went to the store to prove it was for her but the pharmacist refused. Thankfully he wrote a new prescription and Anne Norris at Rite Aid filled it at once, without question cause she was aware of our situation. We were so upset we contacted every possible agency that would oversee a pharmacists actions and believe it or not CVS corporate stood up for the pharmacist. What does that say about a corporation that re-enforces their customers to suffer needlessly? This goes against the oath any medical professional takes. CVS is the worst possible pharmacy in Lower Bucks and if you care for your family and friends well being STAYAWAYATALLCOSTS. They are simply interested in $ nothing more.

Worst service ever. Dr. prescribed Nasonex for our 3 year old, CVS calls my wife says its ready. Head over there, wait half hour to be told they didn’t fill the prescription because it wasn’t covered under our insurance. OK fine. Wife tells them to fill it, we will pay whatever. CVS tells us wait another 15 mins and it will be ready. We wait and they tell us they do not have anymore. Frustrating. Tells us to go the 5 pts CVS and they will send it right over and that they will hold one for us. Head right over, wait in line for 10 mins and were told by the pharmacy that the FAX is not in and takes an hour. Really??? In this day and age a fax takes an hour??? Plus both pharmacists were extremely rude. All we wanted was the Nasonex for our sick child. Hate to be negative but this was the worst experience. Pharmacy should be a little more customer service friendly. Never going there again.

Request a refill at 9am for 1pm pickup. Show up late due to work. Still have to wait over 45 minute to get my medication. How is that good service?

24 hour location that I’ve made use of multiple times for emergency prescription refills. Convenient location and the staff I’ve dealt with has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Glad it’s nearby!

So, yes the regional manager rocks, and fixes things when they’re broken, but then the staff just go back to their old lazy ways. I have stopped going to this pharmacy because I had to contact the regional manager 1 too many times to solve problems that should not have been problems in the first place.
