I know this place isn’t a five star, sit down restaurant but I still think their customer service could be a little better. We visited yesterday evening and went through the drive thru. My mom ordered the family meal and then asked for extra crispy chicken. The older gentleman on the other end of the speaker LITERALLY huffed and puffed at her because of this request. For a second, I thought it was my sassy five year old sister. His attitude was so bad, a more chipper young guy took over on the speaker, took our payment, and then our food. He even gave us cookies so I think he felt bad. Then when we got home, the mashed potatoes weren’t even mixed completely so there were still clumps of the powered fake potatoes lol

Never had a problem till tonight it was like they dug the chicken and fries out of the garbage to give us. I got what was ever left in the fry bin and my hubby got half cooked chicken.

They would not honor thier own coupon! Terrible customer service, rude employees.

went there for 8 piece meal deal, no substitutions were allowed (2 tubs of mashed potatoes, 1 tub of cole slaw & 4 biscuits) the bucket must had been pre-​loaded because the skin literally fell off while trying eat it, the biscuit’s had their batter over mixed and were like lead weights when eaten, I know it was Friday night but couldn’t a bit more effort be done to insure a good meal versus an average one ??

The food itself was good, but the employee at the drive thru was not. She was very slow and awkwardly quiet.

I went to drive up and the guy (long haired guy) asked what I wanted and I asked if I could have a moment and he just didn’t respond with answer at all. The sign wasn’t lit so I couldn’t see it so went inside. The girl (shanny) was the only cashier on while the 2 other girls stood there waiting to make food with a long line. People were just standing around while this shanny girl was running around taking orders and getting food. She deserves a raise. My chicken wings were gross also.

On the dreary stretch of Rt. 1 (Lincoln Highway) in Fairless Hills, Pa., sits a solitary Colonel Sanders, aka, KFC.
I have customered it a few times over the years. Each time the parking lot was nearly empty, and the dining area bereft of fried chicken lovers. Hitchcockian if pushed for a description, with an orange neon sign on the wall saying it was «Sunday dinner every night.» Yet, the actual meals were good, and the Honey BBQ wings way better than average due in part to their initial preparation as Buffalo Wings, then lathered with the thick sweet tang of the Honey BBQ recipe, giving the wings a hot sweet sallow flavor that can lead to compulsive eating disorders. The Original Recipe Buckets are also quite good, especially for feeding teenage boys coming together for a party.
Thus, my reason for being there late last week, as I waited for the order to be packed and bagged. I was surprised when the bucket of 20 pieces and box of 20 wings came in over $ 40., but nothing is too good for my now teenage son.
My car smelled of greasy BBQ on the ride home, and it tortured my saliva glands so much that I nearly pulled over to put one of those rusty red chicken wings in my mouth. I overcame that impulse and made it home in 20 minutes. As soon as I entered the house, my son, his friends, and a couple of parents became transfixed at the aroma, and silently rose to follow me into the dining room. Shades of Night of the Living Dead.
The entire batch was devoured in a half hour, and there were sated smiles all around. I am convinced that a chemical analysis of the chicken coating would turn up crack in the mix. It was that good.
Have to be careful as this stuff is quickly addictive, but so damn yummy.
