Flying Goose Campground

Very beautiful location and lovely campground. We stayed here in a 42′ MH and we will stop here whenever passing by. Don’t miss it!

I just happened upon this campground whilst coming back from from a cross-​country camping trip and it was better than expected.
They are very friendly here. So much so that I am writing a review for them.
There is not a lot of tent camping here but they will accommodate you. We chose a site right next to the lake. Literally, 5 feet from the lake. There was no fire-​ring but they kindly provided one for us. It was, however, me and my gf’s last night camping on our way back.
I must admit, the price of the camping was a bit high. It was more than twice the rate for typical state campgrounds, but I was willing to pay that amount due to that I felt they were respectful and kind to travelers passing through.
In short, I will definitely stay again.
