Incompetent, inattentive, or dishonest, not sure which it is, but twice this location has charged me for the coffee when it was supposed to be a reward(free), and when paying by phone app you don’t see the deduction immediately to catch while still in the store, so there is the additional hassle of having to go back to correct it. Most recently it was the manager who did it after specifically verbally confirming that it was a reward redemption. I don’t know if the individual branch store somehow suffers on the loyalty reward program, but this spot doesn’t deserve the business. On a separate note, if you go here frequently you’ll likely notice that the friendly banter is just a repeated schtick that obviously lacks any sincerity, yet another customer service failing.

It’s a little strange to walk into a bank to order a Starbucks… I would NOT go here to just hang out with friends and chat. However they are always quick with my drink and create the perfect combo of dirty and chai to keep me coming back.

Get over the lack of a drive thru and outdoor seating, but this place is great! The baristas are the friendliest ones I’ve been around in a long-time. They KNOW their customer’s drinks orders and have them ready almost as fast as you can get through the line. Strange set-up in a bank, but you can get over that too. To save the environment everyone says you should combine your errands, now you can!

I stopped into this starbucks while visiting the area, and was surprised to find the starbucks connected to a bank. It gives it a very non-coffee shop feel. I don’t think I would like to sit and do any work here. With that said, starbucks coffee is still starbucks coffee and the baristas seemed competent. You can definitely get your coffee fix here, but I wouldn’t schedule meetings or plan on studying here.

One of the most interesting Starbucks I’ve ever been in. I used to stop by here whenever I came up to the mall at Eastview and it was the closest Starbucks to where I used to live. Stopped in for a drink the other day and it was a very busy place. It’s an interesting idea to put a Starbucks in with a bank. Overall the staff is still helpful and friendly and the drinks are the same high quality as other Starbucks you’ll visit. I love their coffee because some of their brews are better quality tasting than the boiling hot competition. If I want sugary caffeine for a quick fix I’ll go down the street, but if I want COFFEE I’ll go to Starbucks.

Kind of a strange setup for a Starbucks, it shares the location with a bank. No drive thru or outdoor seating, but the interior is pretty wide open and relatively spacious. Good service, but my coffee was luke warm, which in my experience is very rare for a Starbucks — usually the coffee is served at approximately the surface temperature of the sun.
