I can’t BELIEVE I failed to review Capp’s. Discovered Capp’s last summer and fell in love. Unfortunately, I think due to the economic downturn, Capp’s isn’t going to be open every day like it was last summer; but none-the-less, Capp’s is still the bomb. This summer their website the park will only be open to the pubic on weekends, and the facilities will be available to rent for parties during the week. For a mere $ 5 bucks you got to swim, play mini golf, pool, ping pong, basketball, use the play ground equipment, and enjoy the live DJ and dance games all day long. There’s a toddler playground and sand box for the little ones as well. For another dollar you can rent a canoe or paddle boat for use as long as you want. There are also a couple other activities that you can pay per game, but they were also reasonably priced. There’s also cheap soda, hot dogs, burgers, etc for sale. I’m looking forward to going back this summer although I’m wondering if it’s going to be crowded since their hours are reduced. Last year we didn’t have to compete for space on the beach which was a real bonus. We’ll see!
