I have had plenty of neutral opinions of this store for years, but tonight had the best customer service from the Manager I believe his name was Chad or Shane and all of his staff. I was returning a stroller that was defective and it was clear that the staff had been trained on the ins and outs of every model of stroller that they sell. Way to step up your game fairview heights babies r us!

The only requirement to work here seems to be that you have a bad attitude. The people at the front checking customers out seemed more concerned about getting back to their conversation than using customs and courtesies. It’s not that hard to be slightly pleasant and answer simple questions without an attitude.

I never knew babies could be so expensive and needed so much stuff! While we didn’t buy anything on this trip, we recently went in to check this place out as we have a baby on the way. This store is well organized and there are plenty of staff on hand to answer any questions. We will definitely be back to purchase all the necessities when the time comes.
