This morning I found an app for my iPhone called«Snip Snap» which I was really excited to use. The idea is that you scan all your coupons and instead of keeping track of a bunch of paper coupons you have them all saved in your phone. The app even alerts you when a coupon is about to expire. So today I go to use a coupon with my new app and when I ask about it the girl at the counter very rudely says«We can’t accept those». I ask her would she at least try to scan the barcode to see what happens. She abruptly scans the barcode on my phone and then loudly and smugly proclaims«NOPE». I ask if she will key in the number because according to the directions on my app there are 3 different methods of redeeming coupons and this is the first time I’ve tried it. She won’t do it. She very smugly tells me if I find a coupon I can come back with a receipt and have my credit card refunded. No, I won’t be back. Not to this Bed, Bath & Beyond location. If my coupon app didn’t work, that’s fine. But there is no reason to be completely uncooperative and embarrass a customer.

They say the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. I have to admit I am a fan of BBB. Their selection of kitchen gadgets, bedding, and bath accessories is incomparable to no other. I never knew there were some many kitchen gadgets available! They have everything a person could want for their house. Whenever we need something for the house, we usually check at BBB first. Their coupons usually make their prices the same or less than other stores.
