This place is terrible. The salesman that «helped» us had to be drug over to us by a manager and then was dismissive of our choice. When we bought the kitchen appliances, he never said anything about parts we would need to adapt them to our house fixtures. When the appliances did come, the stove was damaged so badly that another one had to be ordered and delivered a week later. After four weeks, we hadn’t seen a bill so my wife called to check on it and the girl on the phone told her there was nothing she could do about it and would just have to drive down to the store to talk to the manager because she was too busy to go find him right then. Please take your business somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this place

Hmm how to begin with this review… first off some backstory me and my husband were out and about getting some essentials on a saturday afternoon we had been busy and it was warm around 85 degrees so we were dressed cool because we were working. We went inside and were looking at maybe purchasing a new and bigger tv as we browsed the selections of our favorite brand, samsung, we decided to sit on one of the couches and the store associate came over and stood and stared at us he never offered help we brushed it off and continued looking. We found a nice tv and waited around for an for assistance while we looked around for the associate another couple came and were immediately assisted with what they needed while we were waiting. I don’t want to make any wrong assumptions but the other couple was dressed better than we were and were assisted even though i had money in my pocket we were not helped so we left and putrchased a tv from best buy.
