This was the worst ordering over the phone experience I have ever had… The stoner kids who took my order were giggling and rude and after 5 minutes of repeating myself over and over, I finally hung up. If someone can’t concentrate long enough to take down my order I don’t want them making my food.

Fast, excellent sandwiches. Went there on my lunch break and was in and out in a short time. My only negative is the cost. Pretty expensive for a turkey sandwich on wheat. I will be back. :-)

This isn’t my normally frequented JJ, but it was closest to one of my stops on the way home today. After a rough workout, all I wanted was my #6 with extra cucumbers, extra tomatoes, sauce, dijon and hot peppers. I was the only person inside, so the wait time was very short and the employees were quite friendly(probably bored as well). I’m surprised they weren’t busier given their location on 159, but I’m not one to question a good thing. My sandwich was everything I hoped for and more. It definitely hit the spot. I will always keep this JJ in mind when I’m in the area.

very rude not like any other jimmy johns sometimes delivery takes an hour actually told me one time delivery is a hour + food is always good and order is right their attitude keeps are office from ordering more delivery driver is always polite usually same guy. stopped in one time after work and a few worker’s dont know how to wash their clothes apparently. that is upsetting and makes me spend my money else where.

Sometime last month they charged me delivery fee. I forgot about it with my last order. So I went in today. At first the Manager was a little stand off. But she looked and said I was right(of course) so she cannot apologize enough she just kept saying I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m so sorry. I love jimmy johns. I’ll always order. Lol

Our office orders delivery from this location all the time. They are always sending the correct orders and is usually in a timely manner. I rarely done-in, but today I did. It was loud and the atmosphere felt very rushed. I was standing in line to order and before the person in front of me could even put her stuff away the staff member was requesting my order. I refused to make the person in front of me rush, so I waited until she left to order which seemed to annoy the employee. All the staff was speaking loudly and were in constant motion behind the counter, all 10 of them. If you’ve ever been to a JJ, you know that’s a small area. It wasn’t a pleasant dining experience. I will not likely dine-in again, but I will definitely order for delivery.

Stop in. No more bean sprouts. Not good. We’re out of mayonnaise. Not really bit I cant open one of the huge ones on the shelf above my head. Never mind. I will go spend my $ 10 elsewhere. Bad experience on multiple occasions.

Sooo when I walked in it was dead. We were not greeted or maybe we were but the music was blaring so loud they barely could here what I said to them. Whe I mentioned the music being to loud they kinda looked at me with blank stares. I asked the cashier if the roast beef was rare again met with blank stares kinda like revenge of the Stepford Wives. One of the employees child(or perhaps the owner) child ran up and down the restaurant with her yelling at him to sit down! !! The subs were okay nothing to write home about. The man wrapping our subs messed up our order by wrapping the wrong subs in the numbered wrappers. We only had four not to difficult. The only reason I have it 3 stars was… it was very very clean and the bread was decent. However, the onions were strong and lettuce bitter. For 26.00 we will not be coming back.

There’s was nothing«freaky fast» about my delivery friday before I worked. Waited 45 minutes for a sandwich and the store is about 4 minutes from where I delivered plus it wasn’t a busy time of day I ordered at 405 in the afternoon. When I got my food it wasn’t really bad but it wasn’t anything great. Just a let down and that’s hard to do sandwiches are my favorite thing to eat. I must say the driver that came was very polite.

Jimmy John’s has generally been a favorite for me. I will take them over Subway almost any day of the week. However it seems that Jimmy Johns may be turning into a place for friends to go and hang out. and I am not talking about customers. It seems everytime I have been in a Jimmy Johns I feel more and more like I am interupting a group of friends to ask someone to make me a sandwich. Like walking up to a handful of Highschoolers at the mall and politely requesting they prepare you lunch. It seems their biggest obstacle other than that is consistancy. You can go to one Jimmy John’s and their sandwiches taste like they were handmade in heaven by the One True God then flown to your table by Angels on the backs of Unicorns. Then go right down the road and get a sandwich that tastes like it was made by some snot nose college kid that doesnt want to be there and get your sandwich wrapped poorly in a week old newspaper they found in the alley. I still recomend Jimmy Johns. But I warn you if you go to Jimmy Johns and you notice your sandwich has last weeks Headlines on the wrapper, quickly execute an About Face and goto Subway. ps If you ask them to cut your sandwich in half before they wrap it you SHOULDNOT expect them to ACTUALLY cut it in half. Maybe SPEED should not be your focus but instead EFFICIENCY while providing a CONSISTANT Product.
