I recently used this company for a move from Saint Louis, Missouri to Denver, Colorado having read all the great comments on the internet about them. My advice to you is never use this company, it has been the worst professional experience of my life. As you can imagine mostly all of my valuable items were damaged, the only items that did not sustain damage were the items I specifically packed into boxes and had them transport. I own three leather couches, all three sustained damage (one of which actually wound up with a hole the size of a half dollar directly on the front of it.) Now I understand damage is part of the process, which is why companies have insurance. I just received a phone call from Jason Wu, owner and operator of this business, to submit a claim and his exact response was «I don’t know how to handle this. What do you want from me?» Needless to say as a customer who paid good money for the company’s service, I am absolutely shocked. My next course of action will be to contact a lawyer and to sue for thousands of dollars in damage done to my items. Also, the same parent company unloaded me in Denver. Two gentlemen who have been in the moving industry for 30+ years who stated that it was the worst load job they had ever seen in their professional experience. Every piece of wood I own was directly in contact with metal, which resulted in scratches on every piece I own. Not to mention only 4 of the 10 furniture pads I provided were used and the moving straps I bought specifically for the move weren’t even used (they actually had not even been opened, the plastic was still on the package). I say again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS EVEN WORSE. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. 0% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I could not be more please with the experience I received from ReloPro. With a medical emergency the previous evening, I called in the morning desperately in need of a couple people to assist me in completion of a move. I was elated that there was a crew that could assist on such short notice. Thankfully all the big items (couch, bed, dressers, etc.) had been previously moved but the movers showed up with a truck and we knocked it out from first box to delivery in two hours. It was a fantastic job, with extra care given where I needed it (boxes with breakable items, i.e.: glass, light bulbs, etc.). Both gentleman were friendly, fantastic movers, and very no-​nonsense/​get the job done right in the way they assisted me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a move in the Belleville/​Swansea/​Fairview Heights/O’fallon/Scott area. I will be utilizing them again if/​when I move. Thank you both very much for your assistance and professionalism.”

We have used ReloPro on two different moves, several years apart, and they are always pleasant to work with and do an amazing job! We have referred friends (who were very pleased, as well) and will definitely plan to use them again on our next move!

These guys are great! And we set it up just days ahead. Moved two rooms out within an hour into a PODS on our driveway. We are updating our Family Room and one Bedroom which contained a lot of stuff. Jason introduced himself and asked what in particular the job required. He also asked me at the end if everything is as I requested. Our biggest concern was our piano which took four of them to move.
I noticed that someone gave them a bad review on 02/​19/​2015 and it’s unfortunate but I found the opposite. I found Jason on Angies List which gave them nothing but high reviews; primary reason why we hired them. I later found out that Jason served in the Air Force and I believe (according to one’s review) he worked in the Travel Management Office; which serves him well.

I used Relo Pro for my move from Alton to St Peters. These guys were very professional and clean looking when they arrived. They were early, which was also a good start to the move also. They were very careful with my belongs and treated everything like it was fragile. It was amazing how fast they could move and still be careful at the same time. I wouldn’t go with any other company than Relo Pro for my moving needs. They are the best at what they do and have great rates to go along with it also.
