Family run business wonderful friendly staff. 100% better than any big box store. The owner is a great guy he didn’t try to up sell me. He listened to our requirements. I would recommend them for computer repair or new computer needs.

For Christmas this year, we decided to get my oldest step-​daughter a new tower for her PC as she has a fabulous flat screen & widescreen monitor, a light up keyboard & a wireless mouse already & only needed a new tower. As she is not at our house much and has a laptop already, we were more than willing to buy a nice refurbished tower. We decided to brave the Black Friday crowds and went to a store near our house thinking they had what we were looking for; we were the only ones in the place and they seemed rather perturbed that we were in their store. When we asked if they had refurbished items, they were rather snotty that they only had «new» items. Aggravated, my fiancé and I decided to have lunch and regroup. While at lunch, we did a Google search on our phones and found Renner Technology. We did not want to go into Fairview Heights on Black Friday, but decided to take a chance and I am SO GLAD we did. Immediately upon entering the store, we were greeted by Tyler (the owner) who was super nice and helpful. He answered all our questions and was sure to ask what my step-​daughter would be using the computer for as well as our price range/​budget so that he did not show us something that was more than what she needed as well as so that he did not show us something that was just too expensive. He helped us find the perfect refurbished tower for her wants and needs and it was well within our budget. They also offer a year of freebies such as a one time free restore and such in case anything happens. I am glad we gave this store a chance as I tend to be more of a «big box» shopper, but this level of customer service and the «just call if you have any questions or something is not going right» offer is hard to get with a «big box». I will definitely shop here again.

Awesome service! These guys are so knowledgable and friendly. They quickly diagnosed my computer and explained the problem to me. They really took care of me, as I was in a big bind, and I was a new customer. So much more helpful and easier to work with than the Geek Squad or any other computer customer service Ive dealt with. I can’t thank them enough and I highly recommend them!
