The worst service I could have ever imagined. Staff is slow and walk around as if they couldn’t care less. All I needed was a new SIM and they made me wait as if I had a needed major maintenance. I’m a long term sprint customer so I should have been in and out with a $ 10 purchase, but had to wait for over an hour to be seen. 2 minutes later had a SIM card. Update: now I have no service with the new SIM install.

The most horrible customer service imaginable! Their bill is almost NEVER right and even when you prove them wrong they refuse to correct it. NEVER believe what the sprint reps tell you in my experience it’s usually false yet sprint does nothing!

We scheduled an appointment and were seen early. Went in just to check it out and walked out with a new plan and phones. It was so easy and, after being treated so badly by Verizon, this was a breath of fresh air. Sales person was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable and so nice. Fantastic!

Bad experience. I had been with ATT for 15 years. No problem with ATT except I wanted unlimited everything. Went in and explained I wanted a 64 gig iPhone 6. No problem says the clerk. He comes out of the back with a box, ports my number and hooks me up with a plan. While he’s doing this, I see on the box it says 16 gig not 64. When I bring that to his attention, he says that was to get me on a plan and that more 64’s were to be in at the end of the following week and I could trade it in then. Needless to say, a month later and still no 64 gig. The manager now tells me that since I am past my return period, they can do nothing for me. This after almost daily calls or visits to the store. All they wanted to do was have me walk out with a phone. They don’t care if it’s what you want or not. I have now made several calls to customer service and will continue to bad mouth this particular store to all who will listen. Make sure you walk out with what you want, because they will do nothing for you afterward. Instead, go to Marshall Wireless in Collinsville. They know customer service.

After researching the new Galaxy S Note4. I had anticipated on upgrading and purchasing a new phone. I walked into the Sprint store in Fairview Heights located next to McCallister’s sandwich store. I was greeted with a smile by a very personable and knowledgeable Sprint associate Tara Dueker. I explained to Tara that I was in need of upgrading my Galaxy S4 and wanted to upgrade to a Galaxy S Note4 because of the excellent reveiws alot of consumers had posted online. Tara explained that the Galaxy S Note4 is $ 300.00 but original retail value is $ 700.00. I happily told Tara I’m ready to upgrade:) Tara looked up my account to see if I was eligible for an upgrade and sadly I wasn’t eligible to upgrade until February. I was a bit bummed out. Seeing that bummed out look on my face Tara explained that since it’s November now, and that February is just a few months away. .I was eligible to upgrade early for a fee of $ 150.00 but she mentioned that adding the cost of the Galaxy S Note 4 of $ 300.00 would bring my total to $ 450.00. 4th. After explaining the total cost, Tara encouraged me to wait a few more months till February that way my upgrade is free and that maybe the price of the Galaxy S Note 4 may drop a little saving me more money in the long run. Talk about honest, friendly, and great customer service skills by Tara Dueker. As Tara Dueker looked at my account, Tara Dueker noticed that my plan was the Unlimited Talk, Text, Data plan I had in place when I signed up with Sprint almost 2 years ago. Tara changed my plan to the Unlimited My Way Plan which saves me $ 20.00 starting on the next billing cycle and every billing cycle after that. Now that put a smile on my face to know that an «Exceptional & Caring Sprint Associate like Tara Dueker» does exist at Sprint and my confidence in Sprint went from 75% to 100% Anyone needing to sign up with Sprint or if you need to upgrade your phone or want to purchase a tablet or ipad etc, I highly recommend requesting Tara Dueker to help you with your needs. Tara not only has a genuine personanality. .but she represents Sprint very well and is an asset to Sprint:)!!! Their are not enough thanks and praise for me to give Tara Dueker. In fact. .she deserves alot more. such as a raise & promotion in her near future. I’ll be sending this message to Tara’s Sprint management as I feel it’s imperative for them to know about Tara’s excellent friendly customer service. Often times, management hears more negative reviews than positive; but after my positive experience with Tara Dueker, I strongly felt the need to mention on Unilocal and needed to let the public know that they can count on Tara Dueker for their Sprint needs. Thanks to Sprint, I’ll be forever loyal to Sprint for hiring Tara Dueker and I’ll be forever loyal to Tara Dueker:)!!! Tara Dueker. .I’ll see you in February for my upgrade on the Galaxy S Note 4.
