Been to quite a few starbucks and you get thru the line here faster than any of them. Also like the fact that the drinks are pretty consistent at all of them.

Service was slow. I received a cup with a bent rim. A bent rim equals a spill on my suit, shoes and car cup holder. Bad way to start out the day. Thanks Starbucks.

I’m writing a review here based off of the people that work here at the Starbucks inside st. Clair square mall! First off there are some very friendly people that work here that actually know me by name because I use to be a regular. Things have changed within the past few years. For the better and for the bad. There use to be an older female manager that was very rude and she seemed very snarky. She then left and an old guy with white hair become the manager or a temp. or something. He’s the most disrespectful and rude barista I’ve ever encountered in Starbucks history! He doesn’t care about his employees and doesn’t help them out at all. I was once there and there were about 10 people in line and only one girl making drinks. The manager just sitting in the back being mad at the world. I gave this place place a 2 star because there are still friendly, cheerful people working at this location. There’s also a new guy that started… beware his attitude is very arrogant.

The cashier was very confusing while I ordered my drinks. The lady writing the names on the cups was asking my order, while the cashier was silent. Very unorganized and confusing…

I have never been to the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble but the Starbucks in Saint Clair Square mall is awesome! Great employees, always smiling. They are a corporate store so they DO take the Starbucks card. I will go out of my way to come in the mall for this Starbucks.

They do not let you use your Starbucks card to pay, however you can get Cheesecake Factory. =) They do still make good drinks and it’s inside the Barnes and Noble. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, but I’m a book nerd so I will always be a customer at least until someone messes up my coffee(Even if I don’t get my stars for being a Gold Card Customer).
