This place is excellent! Everyone is so friendly here, and the service is great. Dr. Knapp, Pam, and Kylie were all wonderful. I was apprehensive about going to a large chain for my eye exam, but they were the only place that had extended hours and a same day appointment. I was pleasantly surprised. I will always go here now! And, my glasses were ready in an hour, which is amazing! I usually have to wait weeks! Strongly recommend!

They did a poor job on my polycarbonate lenses. The coating started to get chipped away within the first couple months. They care more about the sale obviously than the quality. Not a happy customer here.

Glad to have gone here to fix my glasses recently. There is another Lenscrafters that I thought was not doing the best job with customer service and communication. But this one is closer to where I live and the help I received today was great. A very kind and patient employee there fixed my glasses. I was happy.

Great service. Very knowledgable and friendly. Contacts get expensive so I told them I wanted LASIK and they were not against it. Got out in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend this location for sure.

Went in to buy a new pair of glasses. I had to order them so I had to wait 5 – 7 days for them. When I got home and looked over the itemized receipt, I noticed I had been charged $ 34.99 for a 1-year protection plan. Huh? I never asked for this and the salesperson never discussed it with me. So I decided on the day I would go pick up my glasses that I would ask about the charge. In the meantime, I went online and found my exact same glasses(Prada frames) and high index lenses being sold for $ 80 less on the Frames Direct web site. LC called me and said my glasses were ready. So I took the receipt showing the charge for the protection plan and the competitive price from Frames Direct hoping for a credit on the protection plan and a price match. When I asked why I was charged for the protection plan the girl only explained what the plan is… she did not explain WHY I was charged for it. I told her I never asked for it nor was it ever discussed at the time of purchase. Then I asked her if LC would match the price(and essentially save me $ 80 off a $ 600 pair of glasses.). She got shitty and said LC does not match competitive prices, and that she doubted those were authentic Prada frames. And then she snidely asked if they came with authenticity papers. At that point I was pissed. She had such an attitude. So I slid my credit card across the table and said I wanted to return the glasses(I hadn’t even seen how they turned out) but the principle of how she treated me pissed me off so badly. I will never buy another pair of glasses from there and I will find another optometrist as well. That was a shady thing they did sneaking in that protection plan charge and then giving me attitude over the competitive price match request. Had the girl politely answered the question instead of getting shitty I probably would have accepted the fact they don’t price match and walked out with the glasses.

I would highly recommend this location! I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday afternoon, which is amazing for us 9−5ers that hate taking off work for appointments. The ability to book online also makes it very simple. Once I got to the office, I filled out my information on an iPad, and was immediately taken back. I saw Dr. Knapp, and she was great! She told me exactly what I needed to know. I have never had glasses before, so it was nice to have someone spell out the process for me. After my appointment, I was easily set up with a someone to help me with my glasses, and they were great too! I was told it would be 7 – 10 business days before I got my glasses, but I only had to wait 4 days. I will absolutely be going back to this location!

I’d never been to a chain eye doctor before so I frankly sort of expected a cheapo setup and I am very happy to report that I was wrong. There were dozens upon dozens frames by recognizable makers: Ray Ban, Chanel, Tiffany, etc. and while none of them were my style — is there such a thing as a little *too* high end? — the staff was very welcoming and helpful while I wandered around undecided. Ultimately I left without purchasing new frames but they were so very friendly that I would recommend anyone more decisive than I should definitely go.

Went back today for my quick check up to see if my contacts were fitting me correctly, if the prescription for them was correct, etc… I showed up 15 minutes early, and before I could even sit down in the waiting area they took me back to the optometrist. The optometrist checked everything over to see if it was okay(everything was perfect), then she printed out my prescription for me and I was out the door before 4pm, which was when my appointment was originally scheduled for. This place is awesome and I’ll definitely go back again.

Alright, why am I writing about this place– A national chain with expensive shelves and reps wearing suits? Well, if you wear glasses and have kids, you know how destructive boys can get. Alright, lame excuse. I am just a klutz when it comes to handling my glasses. I broke the string holding the lens to my glasses. Twice in in the last 2 weeks. I tried looking for a local optican but can’t find one when I was out and about. The fee? Well I got them fixed twice for free. Zip. Nada. Nice. Thanks gang.
